Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered #13 Original Italian reg size for $11.65 no tax. Piled high with meat, lettuce and tomato. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and had a few tables to sit at inside and outside the shop. I would recommend regular size if you are hungry and Giant size if you are splitting with 2 people or taking 1/2 of it home. Excellent value for a freshly made sub sandwich.

However, the app rewards system is business friendly rather than customer friendly. It rewards a lot of spending, not loyalty.

Terrible first and hopefully last visit. Family and I are in the neighborhood this weekend for my son's basketball tournament and we decided to stop by Jersey Mike's since we usually enjoy that where we live. But I'll hear in the country. The customer service is terrible. Dislocation for starters was under demand and on top of that I think the two kids they had on shift today would much rather had been at the beach. Food was good which is always able to be count on. So the one star is for that. But hopefully we won't return and if we do, we'll have different employees serving us.

Who doesn't like Mike's Way? Add some oil, vinegar, and spices to your life here at Jersey Mikes! I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and their sandwiches. This location has excellent service, and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. This location is busy, and the parking lot is always packed from Trader Joe's. My go-to order is the Club Sub, Mike's Way, with extra bacon! The sandwich is crunchy from the bacon and onions and has a blast of flavor in Mike's Way. This sandwich always hits different, and I love eating here before a big day. The only downside of getting Mike's Way is that you have to eat it right away, or else it gets soggy; it's already messy how it is. I would not recommend dining in here; there's not enough table space, and you don't have privacy because the line is right next to all the tables.

Tried this place for the first time and wasn't impressed. The shop was kind of messy even though I was the only customer there. (Some workers on break, others making sandos) but no one had time to wipe tables, push in chairs, clean up trash from drink station. I mention it because I sat at a table I didn't realize was dirty til I touched it got sticky mystery goo on my hand. Ew! Still I persevered and ordered 2 sandos Mike's way. I saw the lady douse the sando in vinegar - like a whole 3 second pour full force - but figured that's how's it done , til I unwrapped it to eat and had mushy bread soggy from the liquid. Beyond that, flavor wasn't memorable. I got two subs (tuna, and whichever had the prosciutto and provolone) and like it's a sandwhich? Plus service was dulllll. Might try again, though.

Team members were hesitant at first to help me out because I didn't give them prior notice. I am very grateful that the manager was able to step in and make the catering box on the spot. My guests were waiting for the food and were very pleased with the results. The sandwiches were very delicious and I would definitely go back. Staff and manager were very nice and friendly. Everything was so organized, well done and we're not stingy at all with the chili peppers.

Yum!!! So I stopped eating jersey mikes like a year ago because at the ximeno location they accidentally left the plastic on the meat and it ended up in my sandwich. Just turned me off. Today, given how nice the other business in this location are, I decided to give it another shot. And it was SO DELICIOUS! Super fresh ingredients especially the turkey. I forgot how good this place was...and I've been a customer for 10+ years! Service was excellent. Organized polite and professional. I can't ask for more.

Honestly I hope the owner sees this review because this is EXACTLY how companies go out of business. Are you reading your reviews. Hmmm. The service is HORRIBLE and talked to manager GIO who just added to it. Ordered online the last couple times bread was hard as a rock. Staff are not particularly friendly or genuinely welcoming. In my opinion, time to shake things up and bring in people who actually want to work, are happy with their jobs and like people. Otherwise.... zeros won't just be a review. But the bank account.

Mikes subs is just great value for some tasty subs. Mikes way is great, dependable and made to order, really can't go wrong here.

Kudos to employees Jaden & Nick for their excellent service & courtesy. Fast & friendly. Sandwiches were well prepared and delicious. Their tuna mix does not have onions...yeah!!! Onions should be grilled. I will not order tuna sandwiches at any other sub place because it includes raw chopped onions. I'll be back! Give these guys a raise. They deserve it!
