Rude, Disrespectful ,Lack of customer serviceWe came to this location on sat, April 20 approximately around 11:20 amI ordered a tuna sandwich and a short African American lady with braces asked me what i want in it?I said what are my choices? She gave me an unpleasant look and pointed at the bar said all these are your choices and rolled her eyes at me. I told her what i want and After that she starting to giggle and laughing with her partner. I asked her what are you laughing at? Is there anything wrong. Im here for the first time. She said "dont you have sandwich before?" Have i ever had sandwich before or not is none of her business. I came here to order food and asked simple questions but she gave me this kind of attitude. This girl totally careless about her job and it shows through her attitude towards customers. This girl needs to educate herself and understand social diversity. Jersey mike let this type of person represent your company, be the first hand who contact your customers, no matter how good your food is or what kind of strategy you try to put in ,is totally useless. Management need to come and see how your people handle customers.

Tasty sandwiches from a clean and efficient spot. Staff was top notch except for the surly girl at the cash register. I was confused by the odd texture of the bacon, I would describe it as bacon brittle. Looked like well made slices but oddly and uniformly crumbled into tiny pieces as it was eaten as though prechewed. I'd choose a different option next time. However it was the unpleasant person that left a bad taste.

This location has old produce guaranteed the lettuce and tomato look like they were from last week, and the roast beef look like they had it there for several weeks it was a thin slice that he brought out that looked like the last of the last. I'm never going back to this location.

Just saw most disgusting service at this location. I walked in the store and saw 2 servers giggling and laughing at a female customer that is trying to order a sandwich for no apparent reason. The female customer confronted them and asked why they are laughing, they couldn't come up an answer. That was one great customer service guys! btw. I left without ordering and never will go back to this place again!

Needed something walkable from our hotel for a quick lunch, so we went with Jersey Mike's because Jersey Mike's is always a solid pick!Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, which in a stunningly rare turn of events I forgot to take a picture of. Trust me, it was good. Jersey Mike's has always lowkey been good at cheesesteaks. Only thing that it's missing is the Amoroso roll, but aside from that you simply can't go wrong.Staff here are solid, no complaints from me.Overall, a satisfactory experience.

I used to be a regular at this location until I brought my kid for the first time. As any normal person would know when a kid needs to go they can't hold it. I asked if the kid could use the restroom politely and instead I'm told I need to order first. How are you saying no to a kid? what if he went in his pants because of this? An adult can hold it a kid is different... Anyways I won't be coming here anymore.

I was walking back to my car and decided to stop in for a sub because the location was convenient for me. The Staff was very friendly and fast and my sandwich was delicious as always. I will stop by again when I'm in the area. The parking along 1st street is good and not expensive.
