4 people working the front. First rude lady to greet you will be the one rolling her eyes at the sound of your order, and the passive aggressive attitude she'll continue to deliver throughout the preparation of your sandwich. No offer for any alternatives or concern for allergy or diet restrictions. Not required? But still, I was prepared to exchange the bread for the rosemary one instead. No opportunity arose until I decided to attempt to get the swap done, and the amount of looks and eye rolls I noticed was absurd.I ordered 2 giant sandwiches, the largest ones the offer, that are cut into 4 pieces per. I asked for a side of 6 banana peppers as per usual, and he offered me one container. I asked for 5 more feeling i required more for the amount of food I ordered, and the dude had really said to me "I believe that to be more on the excessive side," and stared at me blankly. I explained that I didn't feel the same as I thought ordering two largest size sandwiches DID in fact constitute more sides. I even offered to pay for them in the beginning as a courtesy to not assume they'd allow it for free, but after almost getting his word out another lady said they would allow it one time.I don't care all that much, there's pretty much only one decent guy working there sometimes and it's not the only jersey mike's in the world. so f*** them find a better one like on 183rd and gridley, or hell even the one on valleyview is better than their pos staff.

I know California is struggling paying fast food workers 20.00 an hour to perform the same crappy service, but this takes the cake. I was better off going to the supermarket, buying the ingredients and making it myself. I paid 35.00 for this bread with 2 lonely pieces of tired lettuce ribbons & 2 pieces of meat. Apparently, Mike's Way is now ripping off their customers by selling dry bread & brushing the oil & oregano on with a napkin. Fiery and last time I go to the Cerritos location. Overpriced, rationing the food & expecting you to say thank you on top of it.

I got #8 No tomatoes No mayo Added extra meat Avocado Banana peppers Jalapeños CPR Side of ranch and their chipotle mayo This was incredibly delicious! Small cute shop and the service was friendly and quick!

On the intersection of Artesia Blvd and Bloomfield.The location is well maintained and staff are always friendly and ready to assist in making the perfect personal sandwich. the menu is listed above the register. The parking lot is small and shared with Chipotle but most people are here for pick up.

My husband loves Jersey Mikes and always order's #6 with everything. The sandwich was fresh and all the ingredients were exactly how he loves his sandwich!!

This location is inconsistent. I like the Big Kahuna.. sometimes it's amazing; the meat is chopped and the cheese is melted. Sometimes it's terrible; dry sandwich with chunky cold meat and cheese isn't melted.. I think it just depends on who's making it and if they actually care about the quality. It's a little expensive, I just wish it was always good. Service is the same.. pretty inconsistent.

This delivery order went so wrong. This sandwich is so drenched i can't even eat it properly. And they also got my delivery order wrong they gave me a brownie instead of a large cookie lol how do u mess up on that? Also I called to say my delivery order was wrong and the lady said oh were really busy now I'll call you back when we're not smh this place sucks

I ordered 2 giant ham sub, the young lady put 6 cheese on one and 5 on the second and so I asked why only 5 one the second one? I also indicated that the lady on front also received 6 cheeses on her giant sub. The young lady actually picked up one of the cheese from the sub and tossed it out and said " it supposed to be five and now they're both five". What kind of customer training is that? I do not expect all employees to be friendly but to toss the cheese out of the bun to the trash in front of the customer and say "now they both have 5 cheese is just out right RUDE and ridiculous.

Love this place, use to go to Subway's haven't stepped foot in a Subways since. Sliced and grilled or cold right in front of you, not heated up in a hotbox. Makes a world of difference. Don't judge them on having to wait for a minute or two, probably someone else is in front of you. Don't forget Mike's juice!
