I think for 20$ per person, it was a decent experience. I always like ordering the brisket, beef belly & pork belly. Sides were okay. We were missing the miso soup but it's no biggy. They asked if the sides were okay, cause I think they were testing if we read the fine print on the menu where it lists the sides it comes with. I didn't read it at the time but now I know that we were just missing miso soup. It's decent for the price. Don't order tea for each person. It comes in a huge pot that takes up too much of the table. Parking was easy. Big plaza lot parking.

My husband and 3 year old daughter (who barely eats) took me here for my birthday and loved the food. When we arrived, me and my husband got the dinner c menu and bought my daughter a fried rice. The food and the male waiter we had was great! I was completely excited to have found a new place to eat and planned to go back as often as possible. Where it went wrong was when we got the bill, there was a service charge of close to 13$ and asked what it was for from the female waitress. She was very unclear and appeared to be avoiding the question and instead told us "your server didn't charge you correctly. How old is your daughter?" We told her 3 years old and she stated she needed to charge us more. We asked, why is that when she didn't even partake in the dinner, we only ordered her a fried rice al-a-carte which what she ate (barely eating 5 spoonfuls). She proceeded to persist that for parties 3 or more we have to charge you a sitting fee but it's half price. She walked away and brought us the bill and she certainly charged us more for our 3 year old daughter a sitting fee for the Korean bbq which she didn't partake in because we bought her a fried rice. Just crazy. The service charge went up to $16. We then asked her again what the service charge is for? She then stated "we split it at the end of the month between the servers". My husband stated, "like a tip then?" She didn't answer and walked away. I definitely felt like we were ripped off multiple times in charging my daughter who didn't partake, charging a service charge and avoiding answering the question on 3 different occasions trying to get a double tip. I rarely write bad reviews, but the deceitfulness left a bad taste in my mouth. I will most Definitely NOT be returning! By the way Californians, mandatory service fees are banned in the state of California. Go eat someone else where you can enjoy great food, service and not be ripped off or try to be deceived.

I was not told they will be charging a service charge. I went to eat with my 12, and 8 years old which are considered adults. Ok fine. But when I checked out they added a service fee of 13 dollars. I asked what that was and the manager said it was mandatory gratuity. I was never told, he just said owner is now adding that to the bill. I told him if I can change amount. He refused. Very disappointed on how this was handled. Lost a customer. Manger just said it's a fee that cannot be removed...showing me a list of fees that will apply on the receipt as well. This place is money hungryI don't like putting negative feedback...but this is not cool.

This location opens earlier than most of the other AYCE spots in the surrounding area, making it an ideal spot for a weekday lunch. My friend and I were the first customers upon opening. Seated immediately, ordered choices from menu C. She only ate shrimp and a grip of the side dishes. I dug in on a lot of their beef and chicken bulgogi, brisket, fried rice, etc. Not the highest quality stuff - but it was tasty enough, filling, and priced reasonably. Random, but the men's bathroom could definitely use a makeover, or at least a good cleaning. I dont recall our waiters name, but he was on top of his game. The restaurant started picking up towards the end of our time eating. The little shopping strip it is located in appears to be super low key. Tons of open parking during the core of the day. Stuff yourself knowing the walk to your vehicle won't be too bad.

Excellent service. The bulgogi is very good. The spicy bulgogi is my favorite. I usually park it right there between those two. Their prices can't be beat. There's lunch prices and dinner prices. I believe the lunch prices were $22.99 and the dinner prices were $24.99. That's for letter A menu, which I'm completely content with as to the choices they offer. Wouldn't change anything about the place

We used to love this place but now the waitress is super rude. We don't mind tipping but one thing is to love your job and another is to just be there. She was busy on her phone we were the only 2 people in the restaurant yet we weren't attended properly. I paid cash she charged me a card processing fee I asked for it to be removed and she snatched the receipt from my hand, the only reason I left a tip was because my husband used to be a waiter and we know what it is to wait on others. We came from riverside just to eat here and we were beyond disappointment with the service. You can tell they're under new ownership totally ruined this restaurant from what it was.

If I could give this a zero I would. Service was terrible which is mind blowing at 4 pm where there was no dinner rush. The food options were deplorable regardless of the food tier chosen. On top of that...check your receipt before you pay. They add a service charge AND a $3 fee to pay with card. When asking what the service charge was the lady in the front then disclosed that it was an 18% gratuity charge for a table of 3-5 people (we only had 3 people in our party). Her excuse was...it's what every Korean bbq place does, which is definitely not the case. It was our first and definitely last time ever wasting our time and money here.
