I cant tell you enough, there is nothing more frustrating than asking for something and never getting it even though im paying for it. I dont know if it is just terrible training or just not caring but they have a simple job to do and it seems they can never do it.I am probably making a mistake in placing my order and asking to take something off of it. Ive probably asked for the same sandwhich for sure over 15 years and they cant ever get it right. I just say without something on it and they cant just seem to not put that item on there. Its not just this Jack N the Box but all of them.So there is that then the floow was just mopped and slippery as hell, i almost fell at least twice.Im mad i threw away my receipt so i could do the online survey but that doesnt matter because nothing changes. Sourdough breakfast combo no ham. Any hamburger i get, no tomato no pickles. They still put these items on my sandwhich. I mean minimum wage is rediculous and this is the service i get.

I'd like to give a big shout out to the late night crew MAN at Jacks in Bixby Knolls. He is always on point when we pull up at 2 A.M. Food has always been quality. Service level high with a great attitude. Sandwich put together like a chef, and my curly fries fresh and hot. Appreciate my Poly Brother for looking out always. God bless!

This location only staffs two people at a time, so don't expect any sort of fast food service. I stood around for 5 minutes, without anyone coming to the counter, I wasn't even acknowledged. I ended up just walking out. This isn't the employees fault at all, the owner should staff more people through busy periods.

The food is always the same. It's a go to for late night snacks. But the problem I've had is with their service and their bait and switch tactics here, at this particular location. They advertise one price on the drive-thru menu but charge you a different higher price when you get to the window. This is illegal in the state of California and they know it. When you bring it to their attention that they have to accept the advertised price they'll claim they just update the price in their system that day; even though they were doing the same exact thing a week ago. Spoke to the manager, Theresa, but she seems to not care about it either. I have we filed a complaint with the FTC and DCA.

This lady charged me 11.00 more for a regular teriyaki bowl combo and she didn't know how to cancel and called another lady to help her and (I'm Mexican) they were legit talking shit in front of my face saying "I don't know why people do this and just put it like this because who know's if she's going to change her mind" mind you in Spanish right in front of me. So rude and classless. Rude workers. I just cancelled two tacos. As if they're not premade. don't come here.

Rude cashier maria graveyard shift 11:46 pm had a whole attitude from the moment she answered thru drive thru didn't even get a welcome to Jack in the box how may I take your order this woman needs more training as is she was cross contamination touching her phone and then money then food , when asked her for sauce she only gave me 3 ketchup for a burger and fries I ask for more and only gave me 2 more then I had to ask for more when she handed it to me she toss it on my hand and gave me a whole face like get out of here already she was just not professional and needs more training to in my opinion or maybe graveyard shift isn't for her ,

I went here for lunch to try the new ribeye burger.The burger patty itself was soft, not super dry and chewy like most of the burgers I've experienced at Jack in the box. It had good texture, the burger could've been more - overall, tasty and flavorful. This is what was missing.For example: the Famous Star has a nice charbroiled taste to it and overall it's a tasty burger. In-N-Out, is a well constructed burger with good sauce and overall it's a tasty burger. This was just missing something. Seasoning, special sauce, something. But I don't need to be a four star Michelin set chef to know what "OK" food taste like. It was a decent burger in general sense, probably better than their usuals, but I was not impressed and they still need to step up their game as far as burgers are concerned.My favorite Jack in the box to go food is still, the tacos, the monsters tacos, the mini tacos, the eggrolls, and the breakfast burritos in general.I have to admit, I haven't had all the burgers because I'm tired of being disappointed.But this ribeye burger may be worth a try to see what you think, don't take my word for it.

First of all, I go to this location consistently to get a Breakfast Jack about 3 to 4 times a week in the morning. I normally use the kiosk.Today, I decided to order a small cup of coffee along with my usual Breakfast Jack, but I was unable to do so on the kiosk, I asked a worker for assistance and her reply was "I don't know". I asked her again and she said that she would take my order which I gave to her. I then looked at my receipt and realize that she charged for a Breakfast Jack Combo and made her aware of it. She said that's what I ordered; I said, " I didn't order a combo because I don't eat hash browns". Then she said, the combo is cheaper, so I got a better deal. I tried to talk to her, but she refused to listen and was even speaking in Spanish to the other Spanish speaking customers about me. Another worker gave me my order and I gave him back the hash brown because I can't eat it. Again, the lady who was arguing with me started speaking Spanish to another customer. Which I didn't appreciated. My point was I didn't order the Breakfast Jack Combo so I shouldn't have been charged for it. The cost for the Breakfast Jack and a small coffee would be $5.88 and the Breakfast Jack Combo was $6.59, these prices are before the taxes are applied which has a difference of .71. It's not the money; it's the principle that she thought that I was so stupid that she could speak to me as she did plus speak to the other customers in Spanish about me. I'm not Mexican but I understood exactly what she said about me.I see this worker regularly and always treated her nicely, I always greet her, thank her and wish her a good day. I'm retired and my background is in sales, so I believe in giving the best customer service to all customers. It's sad that this worker thinks that she is entitled in some way to treat the customer as she did. We all make mistakes but don't insist that I ordered something that I would never order because I can't eat what's in the order. This is my last time going there. . . . . . . I will go to Signal Hill which is further from my house but the employees there treat you way better.
