jack-in-the-Box is always good no matter what but the service here oh my God!!! Not the business !! if you're in a rush do not come here if you have a hour lunch, you may be OK. if it wasn't so close to my job, it's literally right across the street. I wouldn't come here... there is always homeless people in there homeless people that need to be in homes. If you're a woman don't come here by yourself other than that is Jack-in-the-Box.

Waited at the counter for a few minutes for any staff member to greet me or take my order. Unfortunately the staff only spoke Spanish. She misheard our order for two supreme sourdough sandwiches and only charged us for one. Then another went next and she was unable to update my order before I needed to leave to an appointment. The service was slow and inattentive. Also, both bathrooms were out of service. At the time I was there, the eating area was 60% full and had families with small children. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this Jack in the Box Location

Came through the drive thru waited 5-10 minutes no one came to the intercom there was 2-3 cars parked right behind us we waited an additional 5 minutes still no one came. We decided to leave looked through the window and the workers were just standing there talking. I will no longer go to this jacks againWe came to a different jack in the box and the service was quick and easy. Why ask for a minimum 20$ raise if they cant do their jobs?

I walk into Jack in the Box,and just stood for 5min,no one said a word to me, no hello can I take your order, nothing just left me standing there, why is it now common to go into restaurants and walk in orders are not Priority.and workers keep back to the customer. Why is back to counter normal now.

Wow Today i made history for first time In my entire life i ordered food through drive through and then left without paying and taking the food. The man who took my order was extremely rude with this tone. Instead of saying am sorry can you repeat what you say he would say ( what ?!!) (who ") ? " what do you want In destateful tone like am bothering him. And I actually tolerated this and came by drive through and then he did it again when I tell him I have apple app with smug look on his face. I am not sure if is mentally stable. But I left. I am customer not prisoner. As I can read from here there is so many one star

This is the 2nd time I visit this restaurant and the women employees are rude and inconsiderate. My friend who is over 65 years old has a problem and constantly has to use the restroom. Twice, deapite the fact that we have spent over 40.00 dollars on food, they still rudely they have denied the use of the restoom.I advise who ever manages this.business to look in tithe Assembly Bill 1632, signed into law in 2022. I have been to other fast food places and they are careful with who they let inside their restrooms. However this Jack In The Box says no to everyone. Please do something about this before they report you. There are ma n y restaurants other then Jack in the bo. In the area.Word of advise, if you are going to dine inside this facility, be known that you will not be able to use the restrooms no matter what the situation may be..

This was my childhood Jack in the box and also my 1st job out of high school. I moved from the area but family is still there. I went to Jack in the box with my son first of all sign on BOTH bathrooms out of order, looked around tables were filthy! There was NO greeting from staff one was wiping the refrigerator (go clean the tables!) the other was doing something by drive thru area very unprofessional.When we ordered and was looking for a table to sit down they were dirty we had to clean our own table. Jack in the box sure isn't like how I remember.,,,, manager do your job! Jack in the box has been there over 50 years!!! Get your staff/self together. Cleanliness and sanitation is EVERYTHING! I'm disappointed

The restaurant is an absolute mess. I went to go get a pick up order once and apparently someone else took my order. You should make people confirm if it's their order or not with the app. Teach your employees to not mess up.

How can you operate without restrooms? They should shut down the interior and operate drive thru only. They also prioritize the drive thru orders over dinning. Staff is nice and flavor was EXCEPTIONAL. I never tasted yummier onion rings and churros!
