Ice Hookah Lounge

Service was mediocre. We purchased and put in our order for hookah and it never came. We had to ask and found out that the lady in the front had never put in the order. The hookah arrived and it was harsh!!! I have tried hookah at multiple spots and even have it at home. The first puff had me coughing and choking, not smooth AT ALL. Replacing the coals never happened, until we asked. We had a section where the DJ is and some random people (not employees) were just walking in the section to speak with the DJ.... Just a mess!! I hope the owner makes some much needed changes so this spot can last

Had an amazing time here! Everyone is super friendly , sweet and welcoming. The vibe is perfect, and the hookah is amazing, with good flavors to choose from! This is our new spot for sure!

Came here with two of my friends not knowing what to expect. Good flavours and chill staff. We were looking for somewhere to chill and talk so it didn't really fit the vibe of our evening, but I'll definitely come back when I'm in the mood to party!

Went here on a Saturday night and the vibe was chill. I tried the ice sex on the beach and not going to lie it was so damn good. It tasted like I just drank a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch lol Some of the other hookah places I've been to aren't that flavor focused so I definitely recommend coming here if you want good quality hookah. Definitely coming back!

I'm new to the city and I have tried to come visit this lounge 2x. Each time, it says they are open online, but the door is locked. There is a sticky note that says "we are open," however, you cannot get in the building. Things like this make it very hard to support. If there is an alternative way to come experience the lounge, please let me know. Thank you.
