Hong Kong Bowl Louisiana Fried Chicken

Found a bug on my chicken. I thought it was part of it but I saw the bugs legs this is very disgusting this is the first and last time I will be buying food from here.

This location still deserves five stars in my opinion but i just wanted to update my review to say it was very nice to finally meet a friendly staff member. Her name is Katherine. My hubby and I were waiting outside because of the amount of people allowed inside at one time. As customers started to clear out Katherine walked closer to the door and although i couldn't see her expression through the mask she was so kind to us. She fanned us to come and immediately took care of our order. I told her that i thought she was sweet the way she handled us. I hope to see her again. It was just nice to recieve a good meal with very friendly service.

I've been here a few times.The food is not bad. You get what you pay for. They do give generous portions for your money.Sometimes they can be rude.But other than that the selection is good and they also do fried chicken and have customs shakes and boba tea.If you're craving Chinese food in the south central area, you might want to come check this place out for yourself.

The food was yummy and filling! We got there when they were about to close and the staff was nice enough to make fresh chowmein for us. This is my go to for chowmein!

got food poisoning from the food here was in the hospital for two nights and I wasted 30$ for two plates and food was gross, flavorless and the beef from beef and broccoli tasted like if it didn't work anymore, the bang orange drink tasted like if it was fermented or something idk but it had a terrible taste, do not waste your money here you'll regret it and your stomach will too

I going to say this place does have a line.This place sells Chinese food and fried chicken. Fried chicken are family value deals. The Chinese food is a little better than panda express. This place also has seafood soup. So if you in the slauson and Vermont area try this place if your tired of burger spots

It had been years since I've been to this location.The chow mein was really good. The orange chicken use to have some crunch to it, but now it's just squishy. The biggest thing that stuck out for me was their portion. I remember back in the day , they use to load it all the way to the top (even had trouble closing the lid) and now the portions are super controlled. The lady even counted my shrimp. I expect for one $10.00 plate at least to be loaded. Can't say I'll be back to find out if the minimized portion was just this one time, but I can say that the food was ok.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!This place is the worst, after ordering my food and drink, I prepared to eat when I noticed something weird on my orange chicken, I asked my sister what does this look like. It turned out to be dead roach legs. See pictures attached. Tina T

They are very rude and nasty! flies flying around the food the workers jus sitting around not doing anything and customers coming inside waiting and they don't even welcome u I will never get anything from here plus trash was all over the floor smh poor customer service skills plus the chicken didn't look fresh it looks as if it's jus been sitting there all day ! Don't recommend!!!!!

Not a fan of writing a negative review during the pandemic but they need to do better. I ordered chow mein with two side order and a egg roll. Paid $14 low low quality food and questionable side orders, goopy sauce. For the location, super overpriced. Much cheaper having Chinese from Panda Express.
