A bit of a smaller dining area with some seats bar-style seats. I hadn't been in a few years. It was my husband's first time and he was pleasantly surprised.- Tonkotsu Ramen: we loved having the garlic paste and spicy chili paste on the side to customize our dish. The chashu is tender and flavorful.- Pork Belly bowl - the star of the night. Even more tender cuts of pork + some kind of yuzu sauce + hot rice + green onion = heaven- Side Salad - also very delicious. I loved the yuzu dressing!Join the waitlist (on website) to save some time if you can! Hironori will be on our regular rotation :)

Not only is this place located in my favorite place, The Enclave, it's one of my favorite ramen places. I've frequented the one in Long Beach and Irvine, and this one is so much closer to me.Having lost my partner in 2023, I go have my solo meals every now and then. I love that they have their solo seating. They sat me right away, which I didn't have the chance to say "Loner party of one" haIt's a fairly small place, not too many tables inside, however you can get it to go and eat in one of the many tables outside. I had the tonkatsu ramen with garlic sauce and spicy sauce. It was wonderful on a cold evening. Service was efficient and with a smile. When you are done, press the service button and they bring you your check.

Ramen shop nestled in the enclave food area. The shoyu ramen is very flavorful. I would probably skip the garlic and spicy additions next time I come in. Chicken is crispy and flavorful. Cucumber salad is ok, personally did not love it as much.It is a fun experience because the kitchen is in the center of all the tables. There is a window that slides up and they serve you your food directly from the kitchen. It is a little dark in the restaurant, on really nice days I'd suggest you should consider taking the food to-go and eat outside in the open area.

HiroNori Craft Ramen at the Enclave in Torrance delivers an exceptional dining experience. The Tonkotsu Ramen is rich and flavorful, with perfectly tender noodles and a broth that balances depth and creaminess without being overwhelming. Each bite feels thoughtfully crafted. The Yuzu Pina Colada, though non-alcoholic, feels like a special treat. Its citrusy yuzu notes combine beautifully with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and creamy coconut. It's refreshing and complements the ramen well. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is attentive without being overbearing. Whether you're dining solo or with friends, it's a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend.

3.5 stars. Ramen restaurant located inside The Enclave. I've been here twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. When you get there, you can put your name on the waitlist for a table. The wait both times were not long at all. I've tried their Tonkotsu ramen which was porky, fatty and rich. I also thought it was a tad bit salty. I liked the soft boiled egg in there. Overall, it was a decent ramen but not amazing. I've also tried their pork buns which were just okay and their spicy tuna with crispy rice which was pretty good! One unique thing about this place is that they serve you the food through a little window connected to the kitchen. There are multiple windows in the kitchen serving different tables all through individual windows that the workers have to open and close. There's counter seating in this style as well as wooden booths. Service was fast and felt a little rushed. Overall, I wouldn't crave this place and there are better ramen options in the South Bay. But if you're already at the Enclave and looking for a place to eat, HiroNori is one of the better options.Parking: free in Enclave parking lot

Parking is huge don't know how it would be during the week because there are lots of offices there but I am sure you wouldn't have a hard time. We walked in and we were a party of 6 plus a high chair, the person who served us was very thoughtful and very accommodating to my little niece. He made sure my sister in law and niece were as comfortable as possible. Service was great they came around and made sure we had water and that we had everything we needed the food was amazing. We normally visit there Long Beach location but I will maybe be going to this one from now one. Must try

I ordered my usual and may goodness the broth from fresh veggies to perfectly cooked noodles! It was delicious! Service was excellent and its friendly staff and service was quick! Clean and nice~ it feels like you're in Japan in Torrance! Definitely check them out and make sure to do combo plate! Go hungry because the portions are big! Looking forward to going back again! I heard about this craft ramen place from social media. There are several locations and one finally opened nearby. Located in the new "cool" place to get food, The Enclave in Torrance. Lots of great options to choose from to eat, but we are talking about HiroNori. We both got the Tonkotsu ramen. Complimentary water is infused with watermelon, lemon and mint. Very refreshing and a tasty way to hydrate with before, during and after eating. The ramen was delicious. Not too salty and fresh tasting. They have 2 sauces to choose from. Garlic or House Spicy. We got the house spicy and it didn't disappoint. I put just a little in my ramen and it gave it a nice kick. My son loves spicy and put a more in than me and he loved it. They offer thick or thin noodles. They serve thick by default and that's what we got. I didn't think they were particularly thick. I prefer thin and thick were fine with me. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, nor were they not. HiroNori is a cute, small place. Nothing fancy. Quite plain. I liked it. The seating wraps around the kitchen, (that you can see through the windows) like a horseshoe. Great place for parties of no more than 4 people. They add a 16% gratuity to the check, but you can add more if you like. Will be back.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the delightful experience and happy with the delicious food. The only cautionary note is the potential long wait and the remedy is to definitely pre-register ahead of time. All of the tables are placed around the kitchen, with a window into the busy actions of the kitchen. Ordering and serving are done through the kitchen window. It was quite a fun and refreshing experience. The ramen were done perfectly, soup wasn't too salty. I had the tonkatsu soup, it was thick and tasty with body and substance, but it wasn't oily nor too salty. I finished the noodles and asked to bring home the soup. It was great with Nioguri instant noodles as welWe noticed that many people didn't wanted to wait and ordered Togo, probably eating at the tables outside, it won't beat the full experience but could be a feasible option if the wait is too long.

Came with my friend for some Tonkotsu ramen. I love the creamy soup base and the big chunks of meat. Eating the soup together is very satisfying. We also added soft-boiled eggs. You can either eat the egg by itself or put it in the soup. I prefer to eat with the soup, just to add more flavors to the egg. The yolk was soft and sugary in taste. The chicken karage was good but still has some areas for improvement. I like the juicy texture, but it's slightly salty, covering the chicken meat's original taste. The sauce lightens the chicken more. I could just eat the sauce itself. Haha. It's a little bit spicy, but it's good. If the chicken was not salty, I could've dipped the sauce with every single bit of the chicken. FYI, additional lemon halves cost $0.5/ea. We were told at the time of ordering, and we appreciate that.
