Absolutely Disgusting and Dangerous!I cannot believe I have to write this, but Hiro Nori served me RAMEN WITH A NAIL IN IT! Yes, a literal nail was in my soup. This is beyond unacceptable--it's a major health and safety issue. How does something like this even happen in a restaurant that claims to be high-quality?When I brought it to their attention, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. No real apology, no urgency--just a casual "we can make you another bowl." As if I'd trust them after nearly swallowing a foreign object!This is a major health violation, and I'll be reporting it. If you care about your safety and hygiene, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Once inside, our experience was fine. Getting inside, however, was a little bit of a challenge. Bit first the good stuff.The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was good, and the vibe of the place was small, but welcoming.Although the restaurant's Yelp! page had clear instructions on how to get inside, it was still a little weird doing so. The entrance was difficult to find and then inefficiently marked once we did. It reminded me of a speakeasy, but without a cool door and tiny window.Overall good experience.

Food here is sooooo good I usually get tonkatsu but took a chance on shoyu. This broth had so much good flavor. It's such a portion size too. Such a cute little spot too the ambiance is cool and calm. Their water is tasty cucumber and strawberry I think. Service was great and servers were attentive

A nice little hidden gem. Seating is limited, so definitely try to make a reservation or come during slower hours. The decor is traditional Japanese, and very cool. Staff is friendly and brought our meals out very quickly. I got the combo meal and the rice bowl honestly wasn't worth it. The ramen was delicious and I love how they give you garlic and hot sauce to add in at your discretion. Would definitely visit again.

Hironori has always served excellent ramen. Their tonkatsu is just outstanding. I did notice that this location's soup is a tad less salty than Santa Clara.This time, I also ordered eel bun, it was also good.Ambiance and furniture is better than again, the Santa Clara location.

Wow! I rarely give out 5 stars but this place was just amazing. I got the tonkotsu ramen, which was so flavorful and the broth was delicious. They give you free house spicy sauce or garlic on the side as requested which makes the broth really good. Perfect portions.Cons-automatic 16% tip was kinda wild- interior is super small, not alot of seatings and can be crowded, so service can take a while. Located in the back of the building

Ya this place is a must, it's just all good, the service, the food is amazing and the ambiance is super cool. A little hard to find since it looks like a business center outside, but so worth the few minutes of confusion.

I really enjoy their vegan ramen. Spicy tuna appetizer was just okay. I probably wouldn't order it next time.

The food was absolutely delicious. I've never been a ramen person, but this was absolutely amazing. It was refreshing, full of flavor, and pretty presentation. The vibes in the store were great and cozy. The workers were really nice and responsive. The store is small and hard to find and has little seats available. Overall, I will be recommending this to my friends and coming back. Great experience!
