Absolutely Incredible Experience at HiroNori Craft Ramen - Long Beach! HiroNori Craft Ramen is, without a doubt, the gold standard for ramen in Long Beach! Every visit is an experience, and they never miss. The broth is deeply flavorful, the noodles are always the perfect texture, and the ingredients are top-quality. No matter what you order, you're guaranteed an unforgettable meal. But what truly set this visit apart was our exceptional server, Jade. She was absolutely amazing--warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and valued. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in at just the right moments, and had the best recommendations. Her kindness and enthusiasm made our dining experience that much better. HiroNori is already known for its top-tier food, but having someone like Jade providing such stellar service takes it to a whole new level. This place is an absolute must-visit! Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, HiroNori will exceed your expectations in every way. We'll definitely be back soon--hopefully with Jade as our server again! 10/10 experience!

01/25/25My second time here and I felt it was just as good as the first time! Brought the hubby to try it. He ordered the shoyu ramen and I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and 3 pc pork bun. He gave the shoyu ramen a 4/5 and pork bun 5/5. He said the ramen wasn't the best he's had. Fair opinion. I on the other hand loved and enjoyed my tonkatsu ramen. The broth is just so flavorful and rich. I love the thickness of the ramen here too. Pork buns reminded me of Filipino chicken adobo flavor. Yum.It's a very small dine-in area and seating is communal seating. Service is excellent here and the workers are so friendly yet professional.10/10 for me and will definitely be back.

I kept seeing this restaurant pop up on my Instagram as a local ramen spot. We normally drive out to our regular spot but wanted to try something new. There was no wait when we arrived and we were seated immediately. Our server Mark was really polite and suggested the crispy rice with tuna when we asked for a side to try. The rice was fried perfectly and the tuna was super fresh. We ordered a tonkotsu ramen and a shoyu ramen combo, which we picked the salmon poke for the rice bowl and it came with a salad. Our kiddo crushed the salmon poke rice bowl, like the tuna, the salmon was really fresh as well. Both ramens were awesome, neither of the broths were too heavy which can happen if they're too fatty. I really liked the spinach in the shoyu ramen that gave each scoop a brothy bite. We also got the cucumber yuzunade, great balance of sweet and tart. I think the cucumber is actually blended too. When our sever dropped the bill, he explained about the service charge that's included in the bill so there were no surprises, pretty much an included tip which I personally really liked. Finally, Angel closed out our bill for us when were done. She had checked on us in addition to Mark and cleared our table too. We talked about one of her tattoos and she was really nice. Overall, the food is excellent, service very warm and friendly, we will definitely be back!

Shoyu ramen was perfect in terms of flavor and overrall composition. Tonkatsu was so creamy and flavorful! The edamame was so perfect to start with. The chicken kaarage is one of the best I've had. Delicious crispy layer with juicy meat, the perfect skin to meat ratio. They have a spicy paste that goes so well with everything! Service was very friendly and catered to our every need. Overall small place, might be hard to get seating during busy hours.

HiroNori Craft Ramen is definitely a must try place when craving ramen. On the menu are traditional options of ramen which kept it simple. I got the tonkatsu ramen and it did not disappoint. The tonkatsu was extremely tender and flavorful. The ramen is bouncy and has a good chew to it. What is really good about this bowl is the broth. The broth has a rich flavor which definitely elevates it from competitors. The service was fast once we were seated. This location in particular seemed like a smaller store which kept it really cozy inside. Overall a great spot.

Best ramen I've had hands down. I got the tonkatsu with the black garlic oil on the side (I add it all in, also it's free if it's your first time at Hiro nori!). The serving size is generous and the service is fast. Sign into the online waitlist before you come because it can get quite busy. Ambiance is small and cute.

The ramen here is really good. The broth is rich but not too greasy; the noodles are al dente, and the char siu is nicely charred and so tender. I stick to tonkatsu ramen mainly so I can't speak to the other dishes. I like to get side toppings like garlic or spicy sauce just to mix it up however. The restaurant is fairly small. I have not gone during peak times but I can imagine it must get busy and have a long wait. Also in the past the tables have been pushed together cafeteria style which I did not like at all. It's one of the reasons I don't eat there often But this time the tables were separated. I hop this is permanent. The service is always good here though.

I swear I thought I'd written a review for HiroNori but apparently, I never have. We've been coming to HiroNori now for quite a while. The first time I went was a location in Irvine. By the time I moved to Long Beach, this location opened.HiroNori is probably one of the best ramen I've had here in the US. I've been to Tatsu, Shin-Sen-Gumi, Rakkan, Josui, Daikokyua, and probably numerous more I'm not mentioning here. I've also been to one place in Japan that I will probably never remember because I randomly went in there and no one spoke English, but it was solid.I normally flip between the Tonkotsu or the Vegan ramen. Yes, they are vastly different but they are both equally delicious. The Long Beach location is usually wildly busy on weekends...you'll have better luck coming in during the week. I advise to add yourself on the waitlist because odds are, there's a wait.Service is never an issue and the food is always quality. My biggest gripe is the pricing. When we first ate years ago, it was about $13 for the vegan ramen. Last time I was there, $18. I don't remember if they ever had a service charge, but now they add one. So after taxes and service charge, it's almost $25 for a vegan ramen. Look I get there's inflation but other ramen shops I've been to have not increased their pricing that much in a relatively short amount of time (that I can remember).I'll still come here....just less.

Was craving ramen & got the tonkatsu ramen (takeout) here. It was packaged well, which I really appreciated as the noodles didn't get soggy. I rarely crave ramen because sometimes the soup base is just a bit too rich for me but that's not the case here at all. The soup base was flavorful but not too heavy. Will definitely be back to try it fresh at the restaurant!

Arrived on a Wednesday around 11am. Place wasn't too crowded but they do not sit you until your entire party arrives. I never dined at a ramen restaurant as I don't normally eat ramen. However, my co worker convinced me to go. I was hesistant as most dishes had pork and I don't like eggs that are runny. I ordered based on the servers recommendation, TONKOTSU RAMEN, which consists of Pork chashu, spinach, green onion, seaweed, bean sprouts, half egg. I was able to substitute the pork with chicken. My co worker ordered the same but with pork and an extra egg. Surprisingly, I had a fantastic experience at this ramen restaurant. The food was delicious, with a flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The chili spices available on the table allowed me to customize the heat to my liking, which made the meal even better. One thing to note is that gratuity is automatically added to the bill, but the service was good, so it didn't bother me too much. Overall, a great spot for trying ramen for the first time and I would definitely return.
