My favorite boba spot near work! I've been coming to Hiccups for about 2 years now and they have the best boba drinks and it's my favorite spot for Pad Thai! This little cafe has so many options for drinks and entrees, my faves are Vietnamese coffee (yum), Milk Teas (my fave), Pho, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Vietnamese Sandwiches, and popcorn chicken. You can also customize the sweetness of the drinks. Popcorn Chicken - great texture and big shareable portionSea Salt Foam Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba - my favorite drink here! The foam is super creamy and perfect balance with the tea. Boba is perfect texture & sweetness. Pad Thai - great flavors, love the eggs and perfect noodlesIt's cute with lots of seating. The service is good. Parking is available in the shared lot. It's located behind the Shell Gas Station. Recommended!

Sweet and fast staff! I always feel like my boba order is a little complicated, but they handled all of my modifications perfectly. Super fast with getting my coffees out and made sure I had straws and a carrier to make it easy. The coffee is super strong and the boba, while small, were perfectly cooked. They really took the no ice and 25% sweet to heart. A great casual little place to pop in if you are around. Hiccups is a chain, but a very good boba chain if you like your drinks more caffeinated than fruity.

Please read!!Stopped by to make an order that took 25mins to make. I come to find out that when I get back to my mom's house surprising her with food our order was wrong. Instead of Pad Thai with chicken we got tofu also our Pad see ew was missing the bean sprouts. I called the restaurant to let them know and they said if I wanted to come back so they could remake. I was 35mins away and said I took a picture of one of the dishes not sure why I didn't take the other dish, my fault. So they said I could come back tomorrow to remake. Now I get a call saying that they can't remake without me bring them back the food . Will never go back!!! Check your food before you leave.

I drive by Hiccups and went in to see what they offered. I ordered the Chicken and shrimp pad see ew and a taro smoothie. The smoothie was so delicious and refreshing! Total winner and I'd order it again in a heartbeat! The pad see ew was served piping hot and absolutely delicious! Good portion size so I had enough for leftovers to eat for lunch the next day! The inside was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of seating available.

Food: 5/5 Taro smoothie very tasty, a little sweet but nice flavor. Gotta add the boba and whip cream to complete the drink. Service: 5/5 Very nice staff, attentive and quick!Ambiance: 5/5 Clean, nice decore, plenty of seating.

I've loved hiccups in Long Beach for almost a decade now. They moved locations a few years back and I think their drink quality improved. I love that they offer quality meals in addition to good boba drinks, which is hard to find that combo at a boba shop. Today I'm really impressed by the flavor and texture of the boba in my blended matcha. The boba balls themselves are on the smaller side. The matcha is pretty sweet as expected so I'd recommend getting 50% or 75% sweet with boba.

The drinks here are always great, but by far, my favorite is the Iced House Coffee. Strong with just the right sweetness from the sea salt cream. It's such a great combination and anytime I'm in Long Beach, I make sure to stop by for a cup.As I mentioned, the other drinks are great too! The fruity teas and boba drinks are great, like the Mango Mango and the Fruity Booty. I've really enjoyed those, when I was more in the mood for a refreshing drink rather than a caffeine jolt.A must-visit!

Speedy service. Plenty of seating. Solid drinks. I have yet to try the food but it does seem very good

I always have such a pleasant experience here and you can always count on the quality drinks & dishes they have to offer. It is always quite busy here, but I could see it being a nice place to study or bring friends for a date. Lately I've been ordering the Ube coffee with boba, a perfect drink, I feel like this was made for me! Coffee is strong, Ube foam top is incredible (best enjoyed when you take the lid off and take plenty of sips with Ube foam every time) my partner recently had the horchata milk tea, so good! We also tried the strawberry twist, can't go wrong with refreshing iced drinks with jelly! Last time I was here we had garlic noodles with shrimp, this was a generous portion packed with garlic flavor & plenty of shrimp to go around. It was amazing! Long story short, come enjoy quality boba and service at the same time!

This Vietnamese cafe is calm and good for quiet chat, laptop work, and study time. Parking is easy to find.I didn't get to order the food, but I did enjoy the Vietnamese coffee and horchata latte. They are relatively strong in caffeine and flavor for some folks.The single server was fast and accurate with my order. I can't give a full star, as I haven't tried the food and was sad to see mung bean listed on menu but no longer made.
