Hibachi House

It hit the mark for me! Would order from this restaurant again. We both liked it. Currently polishing off the chicken fried rice.

Ordered medium rare got super well done was extremely dry. Placed a phone order worker said it would take 10 minutes to be ready, i arrived after 20. Order was not done. She then said it'd be another 10 minutes. Guess she forgot to give the order to the cook.

We recently hired hibachi house LA for my husband's birthday, and it was fantastic! Derrick, our chef, transformed our backyard into a lively hibachi party that everyone loved. His entertaining skills were top-notch, making us laugh and cheer with his knife tricks and fun banter.The food was delicious--deliciouslycooked steak, shrimp, chicken, and fried rice, all bursting with flavor. Derrick's special sauces were a big hit. My husband said it was one of his favorite birthdays ever.Derrick made the event unforgettable with his amazing cooking and fun personality. If you're looking for a great hibachi catering experience, I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Derrick, for an incredible birthday celebration!

Took a chance on this one, their reviews were a little low and after eating there I honestly don't know why?! Their food was really tasty and seasoned perfectly. I would've given the 5 stars except for the meat, although the flavor was definitely there, it was pretty fatty (especially for a New York) and many bites were very gristly. This would NOT keep me from coming back though, the meat was good and the flavor was there just maybe a bad cut? I'd definitely try a filet or shrimp next time. The service was great, quick and very friendly! Will definitely be going back!

Hey Yelpers!!! Wow!! This place is 5 stars for a food truck! Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from, but this is my 2nd time here because I visit Downey about every other month and this place is great, good food with good flavor and the customer service is always good! This food truck is great and one of the best I've tasted and experienced. I've had the chicken, shrimp and steak and today just had the steak and chicken. Along with the fried rice, the flavor the seasoning and overall flavor profile of this meal is simply delish! Ambiance, well it's a food truck so don't know how much ambience there is. Only thing that I would say, is perhaps bringing a portable table and chairs so clients who want to just order and eat, have somewhere to sit vs having only to go orders. I think this would be a great concept and probably make this food truck and more attractive to passerby's !

We found this place at a festival and we absolutely loved the food. It was delicious & affordable (for it being festival food w/ festival prices). We liked it so much we tried to hunt down the location for a month after and we FINALLY got our hands on their food it doesn't disappoint! The manager + team made sure to take care of us and help us out.

This is one of my favorite hibachi trucks in LA There are so many but this one specifically is up there the service was amazing there are always people and the orders take 20 min max to make can't go wrong with trying out Hibachi House

The portion of the food was really unacceptable. I ordered a side plate of noodles and come to find out that my "plate" wasn't event 1/3 full of noodles. If I were to count the number of noddles on my plate, I kid you not it probably had about 6 strings inside. Really unacceptable especially for the price! Also, I ordered a plate of steak fried rice and that also was unacceptable! The steak wasn't even cooked right, the rice was stale and hard, and it BARLEY had any teriyaki sauce. This is the last time I'll be buying food from this place!

Food is amazing and professionally well done would definitely recommend and the size and price is worth it

I went to the location because I wanted to try a new habachi place and they told me that it's was a 30 min wait, didn't mind but then they told me that they had no veggies at all. They still charged me the same price even though it was just rice and meat. Kinda ruined my experience. Food was mid, I stick with benihabachi for that reason.
