Don't order the gyro plate $15.99. I had the saddest surprise when I opened the box.. 3 1/2 thin slices of gyro meat, soggy fries, hard pita bread.. like so hard it's impossible to eat. I thought maybe the salad would be ok.. no. I found a plastic lid in my salad and it had some kind of gooey substance in it. I thought at first I dropped the ranch lid in there. It's not even the same size lid as the ranch sauce!! I'm gonna throw it all away I used to love this place but I'm so disappointed and it wasn't even busy when I came today after 2pm. I wish I could recommend but I cannot. Maybe it's my fault for ordering Greek food but it is on the menu.. Quality has gone down and prices have gone up.

I have ordered several times here. A few on drive thru and a couple dine in. The inside has always been clean. The service is fast. The food is good. I go here when I want a good deal ( family combo) for a good price and yummy food. I like the fact that they don't give a crazy amount of fries like many places do. Because it is really not necessary. We are already eating unhealthy enough to be getting a crazy amount of fries. Lol

Horrible customer service from the lady working the drive thru. I ordered the pollo asada plate and it took over 15 minutes and I had to leave or be late for work. Called back to see how to get a refund and she offered none. She said I should have asked how long it was going to take to cook. Never in life will I step foot at a Hercules Burgers again!!!! $20 down the drain.

Two drinks out of five of the family pack had bugs in the drink. Called to advise them to check their soda machine etc. and they did not seem to care or believe us. Definitely don't recommend coming here as their customer service was horrible during the call and even in the drive through. Gave so much attitude.

Do not eat here . Staff is rude . They don't like when you ask them for napkins or ketchup. The owner was yelling at this 4 year old girl for asking for ketchup . When I confronted owner he ran in the back.And their deals are all false advertising
