Some of the best brisket I've had. Definitely the best ive had in LA! Fried okra and potato salad are amazing. Great service and nice atmosphere. Also loved the free arcade games while we waited.Highly recommend the fatty brisket. Will definitely be back!!

I've lived in the neighborhood for a few years and finally decided to stop in on a quiet Sunday. I saw fried okra on the menu, so I got that with a pulled pork sandwich. The server brought hot waffle fries to the table and when I looked confused (I didn't order them) he said they came with the meal. Well, now we're best friends. The pulled pork was great and the spicy Bbq sauce was tasty. I got a free peach cobbler too and it was great. I look forward to coming back and spending time looking at all the great pics on the walls and sampling all the goodness.

Small spot with a dining area inside. We got the 3 meat combo. For two people it was a lot of meat.Pork ribs were delicious. Would order again. Rib tips were hit or miss. Some were melt in your mouth and others were dry. I think they were beef. I would pass on the brisket. Dry. Mashed potatoes were good and buttery. Baked beans and coleslaw were ok. We also got cornbread which was ok but more cake like than classic cornbread. I would recommend not ordering extra sides unless they come with the combo because they are mediocre and are expensive for the small portion you get.

Are you allowed to give 6-stars? Well, if you ever lived in Oklahoma or Texas and you miss good ol' fried okra, you need to get your butt to Harry's. I've lived in the South Bay for 15 years and I have no idea how I missed this place. Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back. The only drawback is parking. There is a very small lot directly behind the business with 3, maybe 4 spots. The others are taken by restaurant owned vehicles / structures. But, I was able to find a spot right on Narbonne and it was a 30-second walk to the front door. So, no issue. You order at the counter and take a seat. For me, since it was my first time, they gave me the lunch specials' menu and the full menu and I sat to fully review them both. Decided on a lunch special of 3-pork ribs and 4-ouces of tri-tip. This comes with one side and, you probably guessed it, I ordered the fried okra. As mentioned above, I was in Oklahoma okra heaven. Haven't had this flavor / texture / pleasure with fried okra on the West Coast since I moved here in 1985. Definitely a highlight. But wait! Now there's the meats! The pork ribs are cooked perfectly, a nice smoke ring and the tri-tip tender and tasty. My wife order the brisket and it was as tender as butter. Would definitely get that next time. They seemed to be a bit backed up, as our order took a few extra minutes, so they brought out a free basket of their waffle fries. I got to tell you, they might be better than Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries. Get yourself a basket and let me know if you agree. I will definitely be back and will definitely re-order the fried okra, and the brisket, pork ribs, and would need to explore more of their meats and sides. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. Enjoy!!!

We've always enjoyed ordering takeout from Harry's Oklahoma Smokehouse, but this was our first time dining in--and it did not disappoint!The BBQ is always on point, just like we remembered. This time, we had the mac and cheese, which was perfectly tender, and some Hawaiian rolls that paired so well with everything. Plus, we came on a Tuesday and got free fries, which was a nice bonus!What really made the experience even better was the fun, family-friendly vibe. There's free pinball, NBA Jam, and board games, which kept our son entertained while we enjoyed the food. And they're planning to have beer and wine soon, which will make it an even better spot to hang out.Great food, great atmosphere--we'll definitely be back!

Great food with a really delicious "Smokey" flavor. Just what you would expect with "Smokehouse" in the name.Last visit was the first in quite some time, only because it is not so "geographically desirable".Portion sizes, especially when catering, are very large. If you order for 12, expect it to be enough and / or plenty for 20 or so peeps.Not inexpensive but well worth the price!!! BTW... the rolls and butter are absolutely incredible!!!
