Harold's Place

I stopped by here and there. Get my drink at the bar and washed the TVs . They have really Cool channels on most of the time. Ambience in that location is awesome everyone's just mellow hanging out doing their thing. The bartenders are also really cool and attentive the Services really good. I recommend this Place for sure. Really good vibes original look inside really cool Bar. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls.

Drinks are very affordable. I love going to this bar when I wanna get away from everyone. The bartenders are nice and the customers are regular's. No one bothers you here it's a great place all around.

Great music, Wednesday night jazz was awesome last night and pool games are fun. Staff are friendly and down to earth. Every once in a while there's a tasty snack from the back. Charles Bukowski would drink here and many bands have come through over the years. A classic spot for fun hangs and music.

If you're looking for a spot to kick back and throw a cold one back, come to Harold's Place. There's good tunes and sometimes live music. They don't have a lot of snack choices, but this is a fun spot to drink and shoot pool. Th staff is pretty much Jennifer, she is great at pouring everyone's drink order quick and keeping everyone pleased.

This place is awesome...! A classic San Pedro bar and music venue...! I have been a few times and each time the bands were great, the drinks were good, the price was right, the crowd was diverse and cool...and the service was excellent...!

If the word METHY accurately describes the vibe when you go in a business of any sort then it is not a business for me.But if you like getting stared down by a bunch of semi toothless old regulars who act like they think you must be 5-0 because your shirt has a collar and you don't smell like you pissed yourself at least twice since your last shower then this place is TOTALLY for youI like the idea of San Pedro.. but the more time I spend there the more I realize that a lot of the locals are such dicks to folks they don't recognize that it's not worth going back. But I keep going back. Just not to Harold's.

This is where my alcoholism started. If you like dark, dreary and a basic sense of hopelessness then belly up to the bar Harold's is the place for you! Enjoy knife fights and gun battles? Make sure to come late at night wearing your colors. I ordered a shot of liquor which came in a trick glass. Narrow at bottom and was the equivalent of half a shot. Ripped off! But what would you expect when your in San Pedro? Never been back since.Live to ride Ride to live! Btw what happened to the old stars and bars flag?

Harold's Place is cool. Its not meant to be Ritz or the Beverly Hilton, it's Harold's Place. It's a place where you can be yourself without any front, a place where you can "Let Your Hair Down" and have some good old fun with the friends who you may bring with you or the friends you make while having a night out watching any variety of local bands who perform there on given Friday or Saturday night. And, have I Mentioned any New Year Eve Celebration held there yet? Well, let's just say that "they are over the top". O'Briens Edge band is a regular for this night of the year for at least the past ten years. No Cover and great drink prices with a rocking band who perform their own written songs all night, and you never know who they have sitting in at any given point of their shows.

Great place for an old fashioned good time with great live music (rock, blues, reggae, etc), pool, affordable booze, and great staff. They handed out popsicles the other night, so cool.
