Handel's never misses! The Blue Monster was packed with rich cookie chunks and just the right amount of sweetness, while the Orange Dream Cream was the perfect nostalgic blend of citrusy goodness and creamy vanilla. Both were super fresh, flavorful, and generously scooped. The waffle cone was crispy and added a nice crunch to the experience. Service was quick, and the vibe was great. We went around 7pm on a sunday and there was definitely a line, but it moved fast! i don't think i would wait more than 30 minutes for it though.The texture of ice cream was great. If you love very soft and creamy ice cream you would love this. we got rocky road in a dipped cone and oreo cheesecake in a dipped bowl. definitely enjoyed the oreo cheesecake but it did taste a little fruity for some reason.It tastes freshly whipped + doesn't taste super artificial which some ice cream spots have. Definitely recommend the dipped bowl!

I've been here in person but also ordered off DoorDash frequently. In person, it's just like a window you order from so there's no inside seating or anything. Regardless, everything looks clean and well organized inside and the ordering process is easy. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from, standard flavors and also some rotating/seasonal flavors. Some are classic flavors: strawberry, rocky road, mint chocolate chip, etc. Then there are the more creative flavors: Ohh dough (vanilla iced cream with Oreo and cookie dough, highly recommend), Watermelon Ice, and green tea, to name a few. The flavors also vary by location. In addition to ice cream, they offer sundaes, milkshakes and floats. It feels like the old fashioned ice cream stands and the ice cream is very high quality. Service is always good but parking can be challenging on a Friday or Saturday night. Definitely worth checking out.

Handel's is THE spot for ice cream in LBX. So many amazing flavors, it might even be too overwhelming. But each one is so good! I've tried so many and haven't been disappointed yet. We came here on a chilly night after dinner. Some might think it's too cold for ice cream, but people were still flocking to Handel's. The line was short, but after we got out sweet treats and sat down on a bench nearby, we saw the line grow longer and longer. Tried the deep dish apple pie this time, and it was just like eating apple pie in ice cream form! The chunks of spiced apple and pie crust were just the right size to provide amazing flavor and texture. Ordered it in a waffle bowl that was dipped in chocolate and sprinkles, my favorite! This portion was enough for my best friend and I to split. If you're there with a group of 3 or 4 and wanna try different flavors, there's a 4 scoop sampler you can get for the best bang for your buck!

The service was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. While the ice cream is on the pricier side, I truly believe it's worth every penny. It's not just a dessert; it's a little moment of happiness in a cone! If you're craving something sweet, don't hesitate to indulge in this butter pecan delight. Highly recommended!

You will find a line even on sweater weather days-- that's how good this ice cream is! I never mind waiting in line because it gives me time to read through the whole ice cream menu, because there's 45+ rotating menu options! They have ice creams, sherbets, vegan/sorbet, and icees. My only complaint is that I wish they did samples because there's so many options to choose from!I can usually only finish a small size in a cup for $5.95, which is a big scoop and a small scoop. If you want to go all out, the waffle bowl with chocolate and sprinkles is fun to share with a friend :)My favorite flavors:* Banana Cream Pie- the fresh banana with marshmallow ripples sends me over the edge. The lil sugar cookie bites gives it a nice texture* Butter Pecan- an oldie but goodie. Classic!* Mud Pie- coffee ice cream with Oreo crumble and chocolate ripple. So decadent

Excellent ice cream , customer service and cleanliness. I would like to see them upgrade their cups or lids. I've seen many times how others and myself waste their shakes because of the lids on the cups.

Great ice cream flavor options! And $9 for 3 scoops and the works is a damn fine value in this economy. Lines can get long, especially on date nights of Friday and Saturday, so be patient.The only thing I didn't like was that the banana was not sliced down the middle like a butterfly. The banana was in slices like you would sprinkle on your cereal, like little coins. That must be easier to prep and store or something, but to me, the true banana split is a length wise slice with the scoops on top. Everything else was awesome though besides that and the line.Staff was very friendly and had a fun, party vibe. The ice cream quality was top notch. You won't be disappointed.

A Southern California winter was a nice 74 degrees so of course had to grab a little ice cream and this place does it best. Service is proper and plenty of options for everyone.

Lines are long during summer nights but moves very quick! A great spot to get a classic treat for sure. Flavors are very unique and delicious. My favorite options are graham central station, blueberry cheesecake, French silk pie.
