This spot is pretty good for a quick bite. U requested crispy fries and that's what I got, but they weren't seasoned enough for me. The bacon cheeseburger was really good. It was chargrilled, and seasoned pretty good. The thing I didn't care for was the avocado, so next time I'll skip that.

Ordered on NEW Years day around 7pm - cheeseburger meat was thin and over-cooked , bun was sort of over- toasted and fries were xtra crispy so much so like potato chips!! I like my fries a lot softer. Will not order from them again!!!!

Seems to have some good value items on the menu. I tried the mushroom Swiss burger. The burger is pretty big (though thin) and the mushrooms were good. I didn't realize it would come with onions & special sauce. I think next time I'll ask for it without those but you may like them. Combo came with fries (pretty good) and a drink for around $11.Basically this place is exactly what you expect it to be and I appreciate that. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

I will NEVER go back and spend another dime and "Desperate Dan's". And I spent money with Dan. I ordered a BLT for 11$ and when I got home and opened up that sandwich, boy I tell you, I really couldn't believe my eyes. 3 pieces of hard bacon. Yeah 3 pieces.. A ton of lettuce. And 2 soggy tomatoes. Yeah. 3 little pieces of bacon. The fries usually be on point but they were not even cooked. No color at all. Just raw. I feel bad cause someone else went and bought that for me after I sent them over there. It's all good though. Never again. Don't ever order a BLT. Or at least check your bag before you leave. Cause they don't care.

Dude at the register forgot my order after I paid and basically 2 people after me got their orders before me. And after they left dude with glasses asked me "what did you order again?" They weren't busy idk what the issue was but it's the little things that make a customer fall in love and want to come back. Hamburger Dan's did not do that for me.The food was decent (that's why 2stars) but inconsistent. Good luck to this establishment.

I'm not understanding why the owner of the restaurant and his kids all wear hoodies and sweat pants like they're in their pajamas and the cook is dressed more professional than they are. Also watch the cook because of you order extra something you might get charged for it and not get it. If the two brothers are working together just walk out of the store because they don't know what they're doing. They're obviously spoiled as hell and could care less about working. One of them just stays in the back all day and really dumb one is in the front screwing everything up.

So bad. Why a business would let an employee send out food that was ready for the trash is beyond me. I ordered a pastrami and got dried crumbles of an unknown product between a bun. Grateful the fries were edible. The sandwich went into the trash.
