Best grilled cheese ever! Order is perfect every time & in a timely manner Good customer service

It's difficult enough to get over how much fast food costs these days. What makes it even worse is spending $30 and the sandwiches are messy and tasteless. I won't ever eat at this place again.

The Habit is a hamburger grill restaurant off of Alameda on the century corridor.They have a very nice patio area spacious and with many photo opportunities.The inside also has great decor for selfies and blogging.I got lucky the promotion was sign up for the rewards card which was (free) and get a regular size cheeseburger with everything on it was well seasoned well cooked and everything on it was fresh it was one of the best cheeseburgers I have had in a while definitely will recommend and go back

Awesome ever so fresh picked up order and ate at home. Food is fresh the new habit was so nice cannot wait till I can eat here and live normally. No in door dining I was thee only customer

Horrible service the girl yesterday taking our order was more concerned about taking care of her friends from school that another server did our order and had to clean the dirty table myself

The manager Joanna needs to be trained better in customer service. I've been to different Habits and never complain but this one (I live in South Gate so it's the closest) is the only one that takes a long time to complete my order, always between 15-20 minutes. Today 06/14/23 I order mind you the cooks weren't cooking anything on the grill. My receipt says 5:06 pm. At 5:27 I go up and see my order there ready. At the same time another worker notices our pagers aren't working so I wait to see if it's my food or not. After 5:30 I ask "how long has my food been sitting here?" Joana tells me it just came out but w an attitude so I say "no I've been standing there for a while" she never makes eye contact w me and takes it to the cook to remake my order. I tried showing her that my receipt said 5:06 it is now 5:31 she didn't even look. At 5:36 another nice lady brings my food and apologized. I told her it's not the wait it was her attitude. I would of taken the food if she had explained that the pagers were not working (but honestly it was still way past 20 minutes). The lady later returned w 2 free hamburger tickets. After a friend of mine who works at a habit told me that the employees know the food has to be completed by 10 minutes. Lol not at this Habit. Oh and let me add I asked for my burger well done and the second time they remade my burger it wasn't well done. The pictures I provided prove my point. And to the regional manager of this store please take the time to put things together all these unpleasant Yelp reviews need to be take more seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if Joanna's been the manger since they opened due to the reviews, I think somethings got to change. The 2 stars are for the nice lady who apologized to bad I didn't get her name.

This locations ALWAYS gets the burger right. It does take a bit of time but luckily the vibrating tablets to notify you are available. The staff is very nice and always ask if you need anything else. It's a bit strange but corporate am i right? Cheeseburger is perfection and always hot when I pick it up. They have 3 parking spots for curbside pick up and outdoor sitting as well. Blink EV charging in the plaza too.

The people here should all be ashamed of themselves. This is by far the worst habit grill location. I placed a curbside order pick up and had to wait 10 mins outside and it never came! I had to get off myself and get it which I have no problem with UNLESS YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICK UP. The cashier lied to me and said she went outside to check for my car (I lie) when I was sitting in my truck waiting for someone to approach the door and never saw her. If your employees do not want to go outside for curbside maybe you shouldn't offer it .PS too bad I can't give zero stars won't be visiting this location again

Spent $36 on messy, tasteless sandwiches at The Habit, and they even charged extra for ranch. Disappointing and not worth the price--won't be back.

Eduardo cashier and Eduardo cook are the best workers here at the habit, they really have great work ethic , and have great hospitality.
