It was a pleasure to watch Paola and Jules steal the show from the manager at The Habit in LAX, Long Beach. Paola, always wearing her radiant smile, effortlessly managed the cashier duties and assisted customers at the counter with genuine warmth. Jules, meanwhile, seemed to do it all--filling the condiment section, restocking supplies, sweeping the floor, helping the cook, and delivering food to customers. Both of them moved seamlessly, handling every task with energy and dedication, making the place truly shine.My wife and I enjoy to come to here and always please with either two or one of these two girls on their schedule.Wish them luck.

I'm a regular at this location, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and professional. The restaurant itself is consistently clean, creating a welcoming and sanitary atmosphere. As a vegetarian, I usually order the Impossible Burger. Today, I got my usual burger to-go, but when I got home and took a bite, the patty completely fell apart--it was raw inside! This was definitely out of the ordinary, so while I wouldn't rate it one star, it does make me cautious. Going forward, I'll be sure to request that the patty is cooked well-done.

Great service and even better food! My mom's first time and she was curious so I took her. She loved it! We would definitely come again. Maybe try the salads or the chicken sandwiches. Or heck just more delicious burgers! The tempura green beans are still my fave though. I can eat a bushel of these.

Conveniently located next to LBX, so there are plenty of options here. If you happen to choose Habit, it's definitely a good alternative for in and out. It's definitely more expensive but you get thicker burger patties. There are lots more options of drinks including lemonades and ice teas. There are two kiosks as soon as you enter the place in case you don't want to deal with person taking your order. You'll still be asked if you want to tip though. lol they do have lots of outdoor seatings which is nice especially during warm sunny weather.Parking here can be hectic depending on time and day, but line relatively move quickly. Their Teri-char burger is my favorite as well as tempura green beans.

The Habit had a great promo where you get a free double char burger, with or without cheese, if you purchase an additional $5 worth of food or beverages. They were declared the best burger in California by a news outlet so I decided to put them to the test. I sent the offer to my wife and we both created online accounts so we could get our burgers after my appointment with my hand surgeon a couple of blocks away. I added the tempura green beans and some onion rings to cover my quota while she bought the crispy chicken strips with some honey mustard sauce. The onion rings were nice and crunchy and I enjoyed the green beans as well but my wife thought they were a bit soggy. The chicken was a bit dry but tasty when dipped in the honey mustard. Now the burgers... well they are very filling and the meat was juicy but somehow it left me disappointed. I guess I expected too much after the proclamation of it being the best in Cali. Now it's definitely a good burger but nowhere near the best I've had in SoCal. Still, I wouldn't have any qualms about coming back to this or another Habit. Maybe I'll try a different style of burger next time that I may enjoy more? Service here was excellent. The cashier was extremely cheerful and helpful. The staff seems happy to be working here and this was reflected in the way they treated the customers. They use a pager system to notify customers when their orders are ready for pickup. Parking was not a problem around 11 o clock. although the lot seemed to be filling up after we were leaving and more customers were pulling up to get lunch here and the fish grill. Many thanks for the promotional offer that allowed me to try your cheeseburger for a minimal price.

I didn't plan, to go to #thehabit today received a email to get a free chicken sandwich. Of course it was totally worth me going. The sandwich was so delicious will definitely order it again. Service is always great, also the restaurant is well organized.

I love their food options. They have tempura green beans like fries and it was so packed in here at 12:45pm on a Monday. Mostly men getting food. I can say burger spots make a killing. It's as packed as in n out. They have good food here I can say that.
