Kind of unbelievable that I am ranking this 5/5 as I've never once stepped foot into the physical store but based on the sandwich I had that was through catering at work, I'm doing it.FOOD //I had a TURKEY AVOCADO SANDWICH with PEPPERJACK cheese and it was wildly good for a basic sandwich? We had sandwiches catered for work lunch and I had low expectations. I said out loud "why is this sandwich so good?!" at least 3 times. That's it. That's the review. I never write reviews based on something so small but I think about it weekly. I am making it a mission to get to the bakery itself because all the other reviews are great!

Quick Morning Stop Before the AirportWe stopped by Grounds Bakery Cafe for a quick coffee on our way to the airport, and it turned out to be a great decision. Even though we didn't have time to try the baked goods, the assortment they had on display looked amazing, and I'm definitely planning to come back for that.Coffee and CustomizationWe ordered a Hazelnut Latte and a Mocha, and both drinks were solid choices for a quick caffeine fix. One thing I really liked was the option to adjust the sweetness, which isn't always available at coffee shops. It made the drinks more customized to our liking, which was a nice touch.Service and AtmosphereDespite being pretty busy when we arrived, the service was quick and efficient. The café has a lively vibe, and it's clearly a popular spot in the morning. Even with the crowd, it didn't take long to get our drinks, which was great since we were in a hurry.Final ThoughtsWhile we didn't get a chance to try the baked goods this time, the coffee and the quick service made Grounds Bakery Cafe a perfect stop. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of what they offer!

I first tried Grounds back in 2007 as a 16 year old with one of our teachers from Millikan who became our mother figure til she took her last breathe in 2019. Every time we got together, she always got us Grounds because it was her fave! This was my first time going back with my husband and the food tastes the same, so good! Tuna melt still hits the spot along with their pastries.

First time trying Grounds Cafe and it did not disappoint. My fiancé and his gym buddies tried this place earlier in the week and he brought me a grilled chicken club sandwich and some desserts from this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The grilled chicken club was made to perfection, good ratio of meat, bacon, cheese, and not too much lettuce. The banana cream pudding was delicious and fairly priced. The tiramisu was delectable and light, you can really taste the flavor of the soaked coffee in the lady fingers.During this visit we shared a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread, a chocolate chip muffin, and a blended cookie coffee freeze. The bagel was perfect, it was light and airy and not dense like other bagels, and complemented well with the strawberry cream cheese. The muffin was also delicious and not heavy. We were so full we did not finish everything we ordered and took the remaining chocolate croissant, tiramisu, banana pudding, and yogurt parfait home. Service was great, April our server made sure that our order was correct and she packaged the pastries that we wanted to enjoy at home. We also spoke to a regular customer, Maureen and she highly recommended this cafe.

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was invited to lunch with a friend. This was my first experience here. The place was quite large on the inside! The fresh breads, daniah, gingerbread people, and muffins were all beautifully displayed - and tempting. Today, I chose the gingerbread and was delightfully surprised by its perfection. To find there are soups, pizzas, salads, and more to be enjoyed may just make this a new favorite stop! The end.

I love this place so much, the people who work here are so inviting and kind. The iced chai latte is amazing!!! So are the sandwiches and croissants!!!! I still need to try the rest of the menu but so far I have not been disappointed

Me and my wife just went here offhandedly, and we love the history behind this place. It really feels like a homey bakery, and their breakfast foods are tasty! The service was nice and fast, and we enjoyed coming here in the morning along with many other people!

This review is based on service of the lady at the front. She is much more welcoming to certain people, when I step up her smile goes away and she's short with me. I waited a while for my order, it was understandable at first but by the time I got my order almost everyone else had been served. People barely getting their order were getting their coffees freshly made and mine had been just sitting there getting watered down, sitting there since I ordered, the coffee tastes like something I can just make at home.

I stopped by before my doctor's appointment at this busy bakery. There are booths and many tables about 75% full at 10 AM. This is not a hipster joint, even though there were some hip looking people there. I saw many families and several senior citizens sitting together. This seems to be a watering hole and a popular one at that.I was gobsmacked by the large selection of quality baked goods and the self-serve coffee area. The coffee, I got the French roast, was really good and hot. I do not know about you, but I have encountered these Coffee dispensers often are not as hot as one would like. This place is an exception to the rule.I was pleased as Punch to learn they have jalapeño cream cheese. I ordered it. But what I got was not cream cheese. It was some sort of spread. The spread did have some jalapeños which were very fresh. But it was thin and seems to have been a sandwich spread similar to mayonnaise. But, it was freaking good. It had a smoky heat that lingered in my mouth. Really yummy. But, it wasn't cream cheese, which is what requested. . If I were to guess, I would say the spread was at most 25% cream cheese. To be clear, that spread would taste killer good in a sandwich. Less so on a bagel. I deleted one star for their not being transparent. .

I've been coming to Grounds for years, and it never disappoints! Their food is absolutely delicious, and their fresh bread is unmatched--there's nothing quite like it. The service is consistently fast and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or stocking up on baked goods, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!
