Granny's Donuts

first time coming in today while doing our laundry across the way. the gentleman running the shop has such a radiantly happy aura to him. we got two donuts and two small coffees. the donuts melt in your mouth; soft and sweet. the coffee was par for donut shop coffee, if you're like me a crave the specific cheap coffee from a donut shop - this is it, no burnt roast. all in all, the vibe inside the shop is quaint and watching the shop keeper interact with other customers, i could tell many of them are regulars. 10/10 recommend for a one time stop, or a new routine stop on your weekend errand runs!

The lady who works here is so fantastic. The donut and coffee are very nice. Please come and support this nice little shop!

I LOVE THIS LITTLE SHOP SO MUCH!The donuts are tasty, yeasty and amazing! Their prices are so reasonable even in this economy!I had just moved to the area and was picking up donuts to take to work. I wasn't aware they are cash only. It was 6 in the morning and I placed my dozen order with the employee. When it came time to pay, he let me know it was cash only as I was handing him my card. I was embarrassed, and offered to go get cash, but the young gentleman was so nice and let me take the donuts. He told me to come to pay for them when I the time so I wouldn't be rushing. I came back same week to pay, and even though it was a couple says later (due to my work schedule and them closing early) they did not make me feel bad. I was very grateful for their gesture of kindness and understanding.

This place is amazing. I come everyday...The bear claw has the freshest apple inside but outside is crispy and not soggy, I don't know how they do it.All the chocolate and glazed ones are perfect.Old school donuts with old school prices.I was losing hope in donuts and I'm back again

I got home after picking up my donuts and coffee and my donuts were fresh, crispy and delicious. I only had $10 and I was 75 cents off so the man told me I can owe him 75 cents next time, he was very nice and helpful, great customer service. The baker was coming up to put donuts in the display case and said hello as well. I live around the corner and have been wanting to check this place out because randomly will crave a donut.Thank you for making my first time experience great, Granny's Donuts! 10/10 recommend if you're in the area to stop in for a delicious coffee and donut...or 5 donuts.

Glazed Old Fashioned is a mystical experience ! I'm from Chicago and we don't have these amazing donuts

Not only were the donuts amazing, but the service was even better! She saw that I was buying cough drops, and she proceeded to make me a nice hot tea and gave lots of advice of how I could alleviate my congestion. She was so sweet and concerned about my well being. This is the kind of local hospitality that I really love. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by here for the first time. Can't believe I never knew it was there. Donuts are amazing and the woman running it even better.

I came to purchase two old fashioned donuts during my donut tour in Long Beach. The donuts looked a bit darker in color than the golden brown I am use to, but I was still willing to give them my business. As I was telling the guy which donut I wanted, I mentioned to him that he broke the donut. He then got upset, perhaps because he was having a bad day or business was bad. Not sure which, but he kicked me out of the store and told me he wasn't going to serve me.
