We went for dinner on a Friday evening. There is a ton of parking available. The ambiance is simple and quaint. A very comfortable Japanese restaurant. You can tell that they have a lot of repeat customers by the way the staff greets so many of them by name. You can't beat the personal touch.We got mixed tempura which was crispy and light batter with delicious and sweet vegetables and shrimp. Perfect way to start our meal.Next up was a yellow submarine sushi roll. It was almost too pretty to eat. The jalapeños and the yellowtail along with a tropical flower made the roll really stand out. It was refreshing and delicious. The quality of yellowtail told us we weren't going to be prepared for the freshness of the rest of the sashimi and sushi we had ordered.We had the sashimi mix next. Large, thick cut and some of the freshest sashimi ever was in front of us. We added the Toro which was well worth the extra $5. We couldn't get over how each piece melted in our mouths.Last we had the 10 piece sushi mix. The presentation was stunning and once again the freshness of the sashimi was amazing.Dinner was exceptional and the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back.

Came here for an early dinner before movie we were going to watch next door. Food was decent not the best but not the worst. The chicken here for their chicken teriyaki is really tasty.The one complaint I do have is their service. When we arrived most of the tables were getting ready to pay and go and once they left there wasn't many people to attend to so it's pretty annoying to have to ask for water with no ice and still get ice. I ask again when there is less people and still didn't get just plain water no ice. The ladies were going back n forth on something it I don't know what they were saying but they appeared to be pretty distracted. I would still give this place a try if I'm ever in the area. They are located in a perfect spot next to a nice movie theater. I would definitely recommend coming here to eat and then catching a movie.

I ordered the Chirashi sushi, which comes with nine piece sashimi with sushi rice under, it was plated beautifully, and the fish was delicious. I got a couple of pieces that I hadn't tried yet, including butterfish. I was very satisfied with this plate and I thought it reasonably priced ($29). They started us off with miso soup, which I love and find really comforting. They were generous with their ginger, a must for me.This is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior is clean, has lots of seating, and comfortable. Overall service was exceptional, and if I'm in the area, I will be back again.

Greeted by staff upon walking in, inside was clean. No wait to be seated. Restroom was clean. Menu was extensive, many options for every taste preference. I loved the no rice selections. The Elvis and the Rose Ball were appetizers but had no rice. The Rose Ball was so delicious, I'd definitely order again. The Elvis was also tasty but I preferred the Rose Ball one it was just the perfect combo. The bento box was great for my child, gave her the options she wanted to try and sashimi. The house sake was amazing I love that we had the option to combine Mango and Raspberry. I would absolutely get that again. So tasty and smooth. The Psycho roll was yummy, the Mango and Avocado were fresh and had a hint of spice that was perfect. Overall I'd love to come here again and try some other things on the menu.

I was today years old when I learned that some Japanese restaurants are closed on Sundays. Luckily Ginzaya bucks that trend. I came, I saw, I ATE THAT.Sushi is incredibly fresh, and the presentation is spot on. Bonus points for having a kids menu! Extra credit for having TVs showing Sunday Night Football. Lowkey spot with local vibes...and the vibes were high. Service was top notch, super friendly and anticipated what we needed before needing to call for them.

This place is located in a litte strip mall with plenty of parking and it's easy to find!Inside is beautifully decorated and has a chill vibe with it. You're greeted very warmly here and feel very welcomed as soon as you entered. And the welcomed feeling stays throughout your stay!The quality of the food is amazing! Starting with the tempura! It's crispy perfectly cooked, and definitely full of flavor! The miso soup is quite delicious. Very comforting and warm.For the nigiri and sashimi mix, we definitely made sure to do the belly upgrade for $5 more each. So this gave us salmon belly and tuna belly!The quality of the sushi was amazing! Literally melts in your mouth, and bursting with flavor. I'm usually not a fan of escolar, but their escolar was amazing! The Yellow Submarine roll was perfect, with the yellowtail, jalapeno, a touch of hot sauce, couldn't be any better. This place is fantastic! Make your way over if you can!
