Ate here on 1.3.25 for birthday celebration. First time for me, I was skeptical, because I have never been to ayce sushi, I thought it was one of those Asian buffet , similar to once "todai" that's no longer around. But, I was super wowed! This place is amazing! The sushi grade was phenomenon! Yummy rolls equals happy tummy as you know, the fish is all about fresh ingredients, it had perfect texture and flavor, second, sushi chefs are true artists! The plating were beautiful. And the service was not a disappointment either , they were very attentive, fast, very friendly and smiles everywhere. The ambiance, beautiful decor, comfortable seating ,and a subtle hum of conversation that created perfect atmosphere for a birthday celebration. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you guys

The food is good, but service needs improvement. This past Sunday It took over 45 minutes to receive our order. It wasn't the first time this happened, but this time I decided to tell the waitress that was walking by. Not to complain, but just to make them aware that they had forgotten us. While I was telling her, some guy, who I am assuming was the manager walked up and asked if he could help. I told him we had been waiting a long time for the food to arrive. He asked "are you here for the all you can eat?"I said "yes"He replied with "as you can tell, we are very busy." Then he walked away. Normally I would agree and wouldn't have said anything to begin with, but people around us that had just arrived about 15 minutes prior to me telling the waitress had already received their orders. Also, what does ordering from the all you can eat menu have to do with receiving my order in a timely manner? To top it off, a waiter was carrying a plate over my head while I was sitting down and spilled sauce on me.

Cannot comment on the food, but they closed 1 hour + prior to closing. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to get here. Should honor your business hours. 20 minutes prior to closing I'd understand, but a whole hour is ridiculous.

Great AYCE and a great selection. The service was friendly and fast. All the selections were fresh and tasted delicious. Eventhough the restaurant was full it didn't feel crowded.

We can't go too wrong with Ginza as a local South Bay Beach Cities AYCE Sushi restaurant as one of our favorites we de analyze how much better an AYCE can be aside from the diversity of menu items that includes non-sushi, but the fact that a la carte sushi is so expensive at other restaurants that at Ginza you can get full off of the AYCE format much more satisfying and a lower price all-in, than going a la carte if you're hungry enough and do the calculations.

Rolls had little structure and fell apart when you picked them up so that was a negative. Quality of fish was not the freshest and the cucumber salad was too sweet and tasted lit toilet water. The lunch service was def not friendly or attentive, a shame. 72$ for 2 people for lunch, bad quality fish, unfriendly service, no complimentary dessert, and the quality of the rolls I wouldn't come back. The music was not the vibe, way too loud and all copy write free Christmas music is way over kill. Stop it, play something else.

AYCE = All You Can Eat, is the middle name, so be hungry and ready to enjoy sushi when you come to this place! The service was prompt, the place was busy but comfortable, everything was delicious and amazing beautifully presented.Tips: It's the first time for me and frankly, the first round was a bit overwhelming. Here are some tips:1. plan it out first, assuming you will have either 2 or 3 (or even 4 or 5) rounds, so you can pace yourself.2. Try a variety of things out, especially if you are here with a group, everyone can share, this was you can decide what you like to order more3. For more expensive and limited items like oysters, see who wants it and who doesn't and get the maximum number for the table and those who like them can have more. This way, everyone feels like they got the money's worth and there is no wasting.4. Start ordering for the next round when you are about 1/2 way through or before.

I used to visit this place long before it was GINZA/AYCE, it was once called Kaì Sushi, and I enjoyed it then. Now it's AYCE. I understand why Kaì sold, its business wasn't doing well, though the quality and service were great. Ginza's walls have now filled this place with life again, the restaurant is always full, laughter, chatter, families enjoying their sushi and tall towers of beer. I have yet to be let down. The service is good, considering how busy they get, you always have someone floating by your table to pick up your AYCE order, they return quickly with your food, never missing a beat. The sushi is good, I've yet to get a bad fish, which tells you about the turnaround. I've never not been able to get a table, which is great considering how often we go. I give 4 stars only because it's limited in the kind of fish you can get, but I am grateful at the fact you can get sushi on AYCE, there are some places that limit you on what you can order as far as AYCE is concerned. Also the 4 stars because the food comes out at random times, you know you order an appetizer and expect it to come out first, however, you sometimes will get it towards your third round (lol). Hoon is usually our server for some reason, and I like it that way, as I mentioned there's a big rotation of servers that float around taking orders, you never really get one, but we're lucky enough to always get Hoon stick to our table, so shoutout to Hoon, you're awesome. Anyway, we enjoy Ginza, we go back when we feel like stuffing our faces with Sushi at AYCE.

Worth every dollar!! Last night I had a craving for sushi and decided I'd try this spot because it came recommended from a coworker. I got there around 8pm and was instantly greeted by the workers. It was pretty busy but we still got seated right away which was l great! This was my first time at an all you can eat sushi spot so the waiter was really helpful on how to fill up my form and how many rolls we get per round. We ordered about three rounds which was a lot of food but all were amazing. We ordered the rainbow roll, Alaskan roll, baked salmon roll, calamari roll, tempura roll and few sides all which were very delicious This spot has become my new favorite sushi spot it was all so fresh and full of flavor I recommend this place 10/10! Give it a try!!

My partner and I experienced food poisoning after visiting Ginza Ayce sushi. I contacted the establishment the following morning expressing my concerns to them and the exhibited symptoms I encountered. Rather than sympathize with the situation at hand they requested I get medical attention. This terrible experience caused me to miss a week of work. They requested hospital documentation which was given to them. They have yet to take accountability or make this right. I would never recommend this place to anyone. terrible establisment.
