Being coming here more than 10Years And the flavor is the same Love this place so much I have to say that I love this guy his name is Tony and he's always make me feel good with his smileHe knows how to cheer me up with this delicious food. He and the staff of this place are the best

Food was decent, could have been better. Came here on a whim because I was craving Mongolian bbq food. I usually go to sit in restaurants that are not in a mall for Mongolian noodles. This place could have been better in the way that wished it was cleaner and more sanitary. I wanted to add carrots into my noodles but the carrots were not fresh and looked very old. ALL the other veggies were okay as well. The guy cook gave me attitude for wanting my noodles and protein a little more well done. The cashier lady was nice though and accommodating since I wanted 2x rice and no soup.Pros: The bowl portion is pretty big once they add it in the to go box. All food is placed in to go boxes fyi

I didn't feel like a Mongol or a mogul when I dined at Gengis Khan, but perhaps a little bit like a mogrel. After all, it is fusion cuisine that combined a common Mongolian dish with American fast-food culture.It was satisfying to pile on the frozen, sliced meats (beef, pork, chicken, turkey) and veggies into the bowl yourself. The selection was broader than most salad bars. Paired with their noodles and a generous portion of garlic and pepper sauce, the concoction grilled on a gigantic iron plate gave out such tantalizing aroma it would whet any appetite (and draw more customers into the restaurant).It's a stretch to actually call it a restaurant, because you order at the counter and everything is self-served, including the utensils. There isn't much counter dining space to accommodate many diners, but the food court is just outside the store and it wasn't hard to find myself a table.The food came out pretty hot, so pace yourself without burning your mouth. The smell made it hard to wait before taking the first bite. The frozen meat shriveled upon being seared, so there might seem less than you remembered when you put them in the bowl. Because the meats weren't marinated, they might be a bit bland if not consumed with the saucy noodle. The grilled onion and green onion were the best part of my dish.Overall, it was a good place to get a quick lunch. The sauce was quite salty, and I was thirsty for the rest of the afternoon.

So much food! If you fill your bowl you get a really good portion and you could share between two people if you don't eat that much. Overall good experience here. It's not cheap so fill it up to make it worth it! I saw the guy next to us using a napkin and pushing down the items in his bowl with his hand to stuff it haha would go back.

I've been wanting to try this place for some time. I finally came in. I got the bowl. You basically go through a line and pick what you want in your bowl. Veggies, meats and noodles. I need that protein so I added plenty of beef and chicken. Some veggies and they add sauces according to your preferences. Plenty of noodles so you get your moneys worth if you add enough meat. The meat quality is a little on the down side. Kind of chewy and shrinks supper fast. So you're not left with much. So add plenty of meat! All in all, I loved it! I don't know why others hate on it. But I'm good. For $15, it's legit. Don't expect service with a smile lol I wasn't disrespected or anything but........Definitely coming back. I couldn't finish my bowl. I had enough for dinner tbh. Thanks for the good food.

I'm giving them a 1 star because one of the girls (blondish hair an make up) filling the sriracha sauces takes her job too seriously. I asked her if I can have three sriracha sauces and she said no it's one per combo! I let her know I had ordered two combos and she only handed me 2 sauces. I asked her again if I can get one more she said no it's one per combo I was like ok I get it let me buy one more side of it and she said no we don't sell them! Really!!! I'm just trying to eat my food how I like it! But anyways I had to walk away from the the situation because it was really upsetting and I didn't want to cause a scene over hot sauce but for sure I ain't coming back getting me upset for what!!?

Worse mongolian bbq I ever had, it needed more seasoning, the customer service was pretty bad too except for the cashier lady

I placed an to go order and was not able to receive my food because machine was down then could not receive a refund so please do not take to gos if your machines are down.

I like this place and I would write a negetive review if this wasn't repeatedly a problem: very hot food is put directly into styrofoam containers for to-go orders. This is the third time I found that my food was on a melted surface and tasted like plastic. A toxic bummer. They should switch to less polluting containers or use foil for liners. We will not be back until they upgrade. Ingesting melted styrofoam is not ok!!!!
