One of the best food trucks I have had in a while. Couldn't find them on Yelp so I had to add them manually. The truck looks brand new, staff was super friendly and the food was AMAZING. I had the opportunity to try a few different items off the menu due to my friends and I sharing everything we ordered. Portions are a decent size and good for one person.The nachos seemed to be a hit amongst our group and a few of my friends even went back the same night to order something else off the menu because the food was so good and authentic. I loved that they also sold a variety of chips and had a selection of salsa, ranch, etc. available for self-serve. I had the opportunity to try this food truck outside of Ten Mike Brewing in Long Beach and I hope they return because a good beer and authentic Mexican food is always a good idea. Also, I don't think all of their menu items had photos represented so if I had to add a note on something to improve on, I'd say higher quality menu photos and make sure to include photos of everything on the menu. Only adding this opinion because I feel like it would help the business.

Finally an authentic Mexican food truck. Out of a group of trucks this was the one with the biggest line. It took about five minutes line and food been ready versus last week at another truck it took 23 minutes. Excellent tasting "wet burrito" and only nine dollars square deal compared to other food trucks. People in line kept staring and everybody I walked by would ask what the item is called and which one of the truck it's from.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't carry knives and a bunch of their food items absolutely need knives so you have to poke-cut your food with a fork only.

OMG Yum! They came to our office complex today. The street tacos are amazing. I hope they come back.
