Full Send BBQ

I want to say I love the Kare Kare brisket bowl they served at a recent pop up. Today at Filipino Fest I tried their longanisa adobo, pork belly and ribs. God damn it's good! I've ate bbq in Florida, Texas and local LB/SB spots and Full Send is awesome. Everything is moist, flavorful, that I don't care to eat with sauce or rice. But, when they have that brisket bowl the kare kare sauce with vegetables hits the spot of fusion Filipino and southern bbq.

I've been trying to get some barbecue from here for a while now and did a pit stop at Full Send BBQ on one of my day trips to LA/OC last month. They switch locations every once in a while, so at the time that we went, they were located inside Go Kart World.My husband and I shared the Dynamic Duo, which comes with 1/3 pounds of pulled pork, 1/3 pounds of brisket, mac n cheese, potato salad, and baked beans, pickles, toast, chicken, sausage, and macaroni salad. We took the tray home to enjoy and the meat items were so tender and delicious! I personally don't like beans, but my husband said that it was flavorful. The side items were also really good as well. It's worth a stop if you're in the area!

My friends and I recently tried this for the 1st time and oh my it didn't disappoint. Was a reco from a workmate and will definitely thank him for it.

My family was hungry and looking for a good place to eat after church, so we found this place on Yelp and decided to try.On a positive note: the guys were amazingly great with customer service. Super friendly, and very nice. However, this review is solely based on the portion size and what I ordered vs. what I got. The pictures posted on yelp and on the menu are completely different than what I was given . I believe I got the brisket sandwich. I can't recall because the size was so small. I had maybe 2 pieces of meat in my sandwich , and a thick , unmelted piece of cheese on it. The pictures showed a larger sandwich with lots of meat and zesty cheese oozing out. The macaroni and cheese had no cheese. It was basically seasoned noodles. My whole sandwich fit into the palm of my hand. I took a bite, and took a photo as proof. After waiting a good 30-45 mins for our food to be prepared , I guess I'm a little disappointed at what I received . The meat was tender , the bbq sauce was good & sweet, but my portion size was not worth $18.

Hidden inside the Go Kart World in Carson is this little gem called Full Send BBQ. They specialize inBBQBrisket and Pulled Pork. I had they're most popular combo:Brisket with two sides- I picked macaroni and potatoes salad-they were ok . Portions were considerable. It came with 2 large pieces of sliced buttered bread and bbq sauce. The Brisket was fork tender. I prefer my brisket with more char otherwise the taste was wonderful.

My daughter and I had dinner at Full Send BBQ tonight and we had the mac, ribs, turkey, sausage, and jalapeño poppers(brisket sold out because it's that good!) I was breaking my fast so I tore this BBQ up! Everything was delicious and kid approved! I thank the owners Desirae Hill & Andrew Pena I highly recommend Full Send BBQ, get you some!!

Everything they offer taste amazing. Really really yummy juicy tender brisket. Brisket chili cheese fries are also bussin. Owner is chill and definitely takes pride in his craft as he should. Very happy I was invited to try them out and even happier to be leaving this honest review on some really great bbq. It's a must try without a doubt!

If someone were to challenge me to a debate about where the best BBQ joint is in SoCal...... I'm confident I'd win that argument. I'm an avid traveler, and a huge foodie enthusiast.So, i've had my fair share of perfectly glazed smoked ribs and melt-in-your-mouth smoked brisket.BUT...There was something about Full Send BBQ that stood out for me compared to the others.And its not because of the perfect smoke rings beneath the crust... Because from experience, good looking smoke rings doesn't always mean it's going to taste good! lolWELP.. That all changed when I was introduced to this hidden gem.The juiciness, tenderness, deliciously smoky flavors of the brisket were just as perfect as the smoke rings underneath the crust. Hands down, one of the best smoked BBQ I've had in a long time. It's obvious that Full Send BBQ takes pride into mastering the technique and craft of smoking meat. I will definitely be coming back!

I really would like to like this place because it has a lot of potential. The owners are very nice. Sadly, I had higher expectations especially after seeing those beautiful photos and videos on Instagram. So I ordered the platter with pretty much everything in the menu. My first impression is COLD! Everything was cold, even the rice. It reminded me of cold rice that's been left overnight on the table, not stale but just cold. Mac n cheese was cold too. The salad is the only thing that I enjoyed cold. The meats were cold too. The chicken quarters were cold but perfectly cooked. They are overly seasoned though. It would have been better if they were hot. The brisket was good as well as the bbq skewers, the flavor was there but they were disappointingly COLD. A piece of advice, keep the rice in a rice cooker keep to it warm. Warm up the meat before serving them. I hope the owners' warmth can be applied to their food as well. I will come here again, I'll take the food to go and will warm them up myself in the microwave.

Honestly one of the best bbq spots I've ever had. Meat is moist, flavorful, and Smokey. I enjoy supporting small businesses and also military veterans. I think this place deserves more 5 star ratings and wished more people knew about this awesome spot!
