Fat Fua’s

Fat Fua's is a home based bakery operation that produces beautiful, delicious baked goods. From cakes to cookies, pies and brownies. Personally, I have only ordered cakes: the Death By Chocolate and the spice cake. Both were in junior size and in my opinion enough to feed eight people as they are relatively filling. The Death by Chocolate was a lovely, rich chocolate ganache frosting and dark chocolate cake. The spice cake was a tender cake with warming spices and a light buttercream frosting. Both cakes were simple and not too sweet and our parties enjoyed them a lot. Everything is very high quality, well-priced and well portioned. Visually, the cakes are gorgeous with multiple sizes to suit any occasion. Items are easy to order and delivery is available in a limited radius. I have always been able to order and pickup in a convenient time frame. I appreciate that the owner is available by text so we have always been able to coordinate in a convenient manner. I highly recommend this business especially for parties or holidays.

Let me start off by saying I love to support, small local businesses, and this is one of those places I couldn't wait to try and see what I thought. Do yourself a favor. Give them a call place an order and pick up that fresh baked goodie whenever it's ready.I found these guys through Yelp and I gave them a call and had a few questions which they were more than willing to answer and set me up with a Good with a peanut butter and jelly cake. The person that I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and friendly, and made the whole ordering experience easy.Now onto the cake!! This thing was heavy and looked amazing. Presentation was honestly one of the best I've ever seen. The cake itself was delicious and had fresh toppings all over that thing not only was I impressed with the cake and the service, but I was also impressed with the extensive menu if you check out their website.Do yourself a favor come support a small local business satisfy your needs for your sweet tooth and don't sleep on this place. The cakes are super good. I can't wait to get back and try out some of the other stuff as I'm looking forward to some of the creative items they have on their menu.

I came across Fat Fua's through endless and tiring research on a nearby bakery. I ordered a beautiful cake from Claudia and her team. For a bridal shower I was hosting. She helped me narrow down my cake of choice by answering all of my questions. I ordered a two tier luscious lemon cake. And it was the most amazing cake I've had. I'm not too much of a cake person But this cake was moist and everything had equal ratio. I will definitely be ordering again soon

I was looking for a Hummingbird Cake to celebrate my birthday. Fat Fua's intuitive website caught my attention with its delicious pictures and easy to navigate ordering system. These baked goods come out of a home. Unfortunately, while I was driving I got a mssg with clear instructions to text upon arrival. So please be sure to text and stay in your car when your order is ready. The hummingbird cake was nothing short of amazing and exceeded my expectations. What I thought would be similar to an upside down pineapple cake was a delicious, moist, banana bread-like cake with a scrumptious cream cheese frosting infused with pineapples! Highly recommend it if you're looking for something unique, or you like any combination of those flavors! IMO, Can't get any better than this. Freshly baked goods homemade and straight from the kitchen. No doubt made with love and the customer in mind. Of note, the baked items are just as pleasing to the eyes as they are to taste buds!

We ordered a VERY last minute gender reveal cake. Claudia baked us a beautiful heart shaped vanilla cake with sprinkles in the middle. She decorated it so cute, and the way the sprinkles came out was so fun!Not only was the cake decorated beautifully, but it tasted delicious. Her vanilla cake was so light and fluffy, and the frosting was perfect (it wasn't to sweet). The perfect buttercream.Thank you Claudia for all your help and saving the day.

First I love flavors and textures.I have eaten Fat Fua's baked goods.Nothing there is below delicious. I mean the lemon cake was heaven on earth. Today was the pineapple upside down cake. This cake made absolutely free of preservatives was the most moist flavorful cake ever. Their German chocolate cake is fantastic. Sorry I digress. This cake was layers of flavors with so many different elements. The icing was a dessert in it's self. I am so a Fat Fua's fan that one bite from their menu and you will order from the their offerings time and time again. They make wedding party cakes cookies cupcakes, all fresh with real ingredients. I have more than one favorite. Yes old style baking is still available. Try the lemon bars. The pineapple upside down cake OMG.

I have placed my Thanksgiving order to pick up the night before. Also grabbed a couple extra items for my neighbor. You will not find a better cake, cup cake, pie or cookies anywhere else!!!! And yes I ordered something from every category! My son had gotten the PB & J cake for his wedding and I had picked up the cinnamon roll cake for my husbands birthday before. Both were DELICIOUS!!!

I asked for a mango cake. Not cheesecake.It was so delicious, it's hard to find words.Fresh, lite, creamy. Three layers of perfectly baked cake. Each layer with a dream like mango filling. So refreshing. Try it!Thankyou "Fat Fua's" !

I had a wonderful experience with Fat Fua's. Claudia gave me some great guidance in placing my order for a special birthday cake that had to travel out of the area. Unfortunately, there was a issue with baking so it wasn't ready when I had planned to pick it up. However, Claudia reassured me that she would make a spectacular cake and bring it to my home...which she did. Great customer service.The cake - blue berry and lemon - was gorgeous and delicious! Really special.

My new guy loves German Chocolate cake so was looking for Valentine's Day. Found Fat Fua's online and saw this was their signature cake. He LOVED it and so did I. It's the best one he's ever had! Moist, sweet, and sooo delicious!! Will be back to try other flavors.
