El Sinaloense Restaurant

today I was in Paramount for work when I was craving some Mexican food so I found this place on yelp. it was very busy, but the wait was not long at all maybe a few minutes. The servers were so nice and the ambience was really cool. I ordered a few things and they were all good. My favorite one was the Carne Asada plate. The meat is so tender and juicy OMG. If you guys are in the area of Paramount, this place is a must.

Walked in, was told to sit wherever and sat there waiting for a while for someone to approach. We got no menus, no instructions, nothing. The waitress was talking to the only table there when we arrived and acted like we didn't exist. Never again.

Food is so delicious. Very authentic. Service is ok. Need to work on their speed. Could carry a conversation while eating.

Wow. Laughable experience. Fair warning this is my most negative review yet.Reviews say 'food is good, service is bad' - not true, 'food is terrible, service is awful!'Serviced us the fishiest shrimp I've ever had, we didn't end up eating it, most likely it was off. Fish ceviche was just sad, kids got chicken tacos that were so salty. Everything we had was just laughably terrible. We left all the food on the table and went to the panadería across the street. I couldn't believe how bad the food was, just disgusting. And the staff, they didn't care at all, didn't ask why we didn't touch the food. Just gave us our $80 check, we paid, they only accept tips in cash? Didn't have cash, So we just didn't tip. How is this place in business, we felt like we were being punk'd. I could go on and on, just terrible.

Hello there, I'm proceeding to make an effort and put together a goal to vlog about my eating experiences. For everyone here on Yelp at least once a week. Perhaps that will knock down all the bookmarks that I have, (maybe) lol. And well at least share some information about the places I have been to help the community. Enough about myself, this spot has incredible food. The service can come across as a tad unhurried, I felt this was due to the high volume of customers in the restaurant which is understandable. I have never experienced eating inside just order over the phone, then pick up, and let's go!! While waiting for my order (sometimes), the ambiance around the restaurant seems lively and busy, with a lot of moving pieces. I would give this a 4/5 just due to my experience with food and services. However, I would recommend it to you if it is already something you are reviewing and looking at.

I was a bit reluctant to try this place out because of the low reviews but I ended up really loving the food! I tried the Aguachiles verdes and the sopes and was not disappointed at all! The level of spiciness and the texture of both plates was also perfect! The service was not as bad as everybody made it seem, at least in my experience, but they were definitely slow. As for the ambience, I really enjoyed it because it was just everybody enjoying their food with their family or friends. Overall definitely recommend it!

La comida excelente!! Todo lo que pedí menudo , botana de máriscos, sopes todo delicioso. Había vistos malos review que el servicio malo pero como no es un restaurante grande obvio las muchachas están ocupadas atendiendo a todos si esperas pero vale la pela la esperada. Yo lo recomiendo mucho

Waitress had attitude from the start. She didn't even give us the chips but she did to the rest of the tables. Once we order it took 40 mins for our food to come out. The food was cold and the flavor was okay. The place was kinda empty so there was no reason for them to have taken so long or given us cold food. We won't be returning.

The waitress is so rude, makes me not want to support the business. Sad because the food was good.
