I absolutely love the El Pollo Loco on Redondo! I visit at least twice a month, especially when I have a coupon. can't resist a good deal! The food is consistently great, and I always ask for my chicken well done. Occasionally, it can be a bit undercooked, but that's rare. The only downside is the challenging parking situation, but overall, this location is my favorite. Highly recommendService is always fast and quick. The staff is friendly. restaurant could get a bit noisy at lunchtime, but I don't mind.

Just left and I spent 10 minutes at the drive through talking to whoever couldn't get my order right, I pull up to the window get my food and they forgot my mashed potatoes, so I they charged me for it and then didn't give my the side of gravy so I get home with just fucking mash bro fuck you guys

Always get the salads here, they're delicious! Unfortunately today I got a piece of coal, is what it looks like and smells like, in my salad. I got my food to go and luckily I didn't bite into it but hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Serious choking hazard! :(

The quality has gone down across all pollo loco locations recently. Time after time they always get my order wrong and the food is tasteless . Today was NOT one of those times. I am happy they followed my order just like I said and the food did indeed tasted great .
