Dulan's Soul Food Catering

From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely friendly & welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was super flavorful & cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend checking this place out.

My company orders delivery service for staff from this location. This time I had the baked fish with rice beans cornbread and green beans. The food as really good. Fish was soft and tasted good. Cornbread was warm and yummy. Green beans were cooked good and the rice and beans were warm and yummy. Can't wait to have this again in the future.

Oh Dulan's Dulan's Dulan's. I'm sad to leave a not great review for this place. But i must. I was referred to this place by a friend. Not a local friend...but i figured I'd check this little spot on Crenshaw. They're pretty expensive for the type of service and quality of food you get. I'm vegetarian and there were not a lot of options. I got a veggie plate with macaroni and cheese black eyed peas and cornbread. The food was old and dry and not worth the almost $20 price tag. The service was not great either. It's a pass on this place next time.

This is my second time coming to this Dulan's. A few days ago I went to the Dulan's in Inglewood and the food was amazing...however at this Dulan's On Crenshaw I ordered fish, mac and cheese, and greens for the lunch special. In the mist of eating my fish, I find a hair in my fish. They didn't even believe there was a hair in my food. After my boyfriend has been pointing it out to them. I am beyond stunned. And disappointed.

I loved the smothered chicken! Also the sides gravy over rice, string beans, mac & cheese are delicious!

The service was good and the staff was nice. The servings are large and the food tastes good. The restaurant had plenty of room at the time we were there.

So here's my journey as some of you may or may not know I was in Dallas a couple of weeks ago and I woke up in my room and I was feenin for some peach cobbler well I didn't get any in Dallas not that I couldn't find it but I couldn't find it. fast forward two weeks later and I still want some peach cobbler it's only place that comes to mind Dulan's soul food on Crenshaw our peach cobbler the soul food is spectacular smothered oxtails smothered steak is cooked right and the customer service is great thank you shenika

My 1st & VERY LASTIME coming to this location. Called in my order Kelvin (employee) said the short rib dinner would take 40mins because it's still cooking. However I had no problem with that because I just got off work & it was goin to take me 45mins to even get there. When I arrived my food still wasn't ready they said it would be about 15mins, so I said no problem. 15mins Passed Kelvin was about to go on lunch & said your food should be coming up shortly, I said ok. Another 30mins passed & by this time I was trying to keep my composure because I was highly pissed!!! I had to ask about getting my food due to nobody acknowledging I was there. Kelvin finally came back from lunch & asked if I got my food? I said not yet & I'm very irritated, he said I'm sorry I would be too. Kelvin's co-worker rang me up & I asked about getting a discount for the wait for the very long wait. This man had the nerve to get an attitude & said...No discounts that's just how long short ribs take. Kelvin took over the register & gave me a discount after waiting for my food damn near 2hours!!! - Short Ribs rubbery & look like dog food.- Mac & Cheese had soggy noodles & wasn't seasoned good.- Greens taste old & kinda sweet - Yams was undercooked & kinda hardI wish I could give them -0 Stars.After spending all day at work I was expecting a good meal to bring home & got pure garbage. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Try a different location because this place is disgusting.

I was very disappointed with the food my husband and I ordered. They use to give healthy portions, I can't even say it was a nice portions. My husband got one small slice of meat loaf with two very small.... Did I say small sizes, I got the fish you got 4 pieces but those were small and the rice and gravy was bland, We spent almost $51.00 to be disappointed. Ugh... I should have taken photos.We won't be back

I have 3 negative things to say about the food and Service. I ordered take out on February 10, 2024. The Patio was full, with approximately 25 people who had been served, because they were all eating. In the main Dinning Area, there were a couple of tables with maybe, 6 people at one table, and maybe 8 at the other. Everyone sitting at a table Was eating. Why did it take, almost an hour, for me to get one take out order which was one Oxtails plate and two peach cobblers. When I was finally given my food, the young Lady who gave me the food apologized and told me " it had been ready, it was just sitting on the counter "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!!! I DID NOT NEED TO KNOW THAT. To add insult to injury the greens were nasty, and the peach cobbler was so sweet my AC-1 SHOT UP TO QUAD DRUPPLE DIGITS. But, everything else was alright. However, I'm not going back.
