Was craving some Hawaiian style poke and stumbled across this place. First the parking lot is hard to park in if all the spots are full, but luckily my husband found some in the alleyway next to it. I got the salmon and tuna poke. They sell it by the pound. The fish was fresh, but the onion taste was soooooooo over powering. I am not a big onion fan but my husband loves onions and even he said it was too much for him. I think a good amount of the weight also is attributed to how much onion is in there so techinally you're getting less fish.

The photos of my recent purchase of Dry Dock's outstanding, fresh, buttery, sashimi grade, center cut salmon are not worthy of posting because I couldn't take any! Why??? Because I ate the whole delicious sashimi grade salmon while driving on my way home! Skin and all, like a penguin! Straight down the gullet! I believe one could be arrested and charged for driving under the influence of Dry Dock! Oh yeah, I'm nutzo baby!!! But it's that good! There is no limit to what one can achieve with Dry Dock in ones corner.

We went all the way from Walnut to this place which turned out to be a seafood market and not a restaurant which touted of self-service. All the photos were not what they seemed. Anyway. We were able to get to another restaurant nearby which catered to our seafood cravings. This market should advertise itself as one as the photos could be confusing .

Picked up some salmon sushi for my bday. Per lbs it's more than Costco by double and 10-12 bucks less then Toyko Central's fancier salmon. Dry Dock salmon taste and looks better than both places. Service was great. There was only 2 lbs filets and I just wanted a lbs. he got me a 1 lbs and even asked if I wanted it skinned. Which I did because I'm no expert at skinning. I prepped my salmon with a little sugar and salt. Washed it off after 30 min. Wrapped it in a paper towel for later. The color and fatty white lines looked great. Sliced some pieces for nigiri. It was amazing. Loved it! This will be my go to spot for good salmon.

We buy a boatload of fresh fish from Dry Dock every week at different farmers markets in OC. Today we got an interesting new piece called King Klip at the Ladera Ranch farmers market. The guy who works this market is so freaking ADORABLE so 10 stars for him!!

I purchase fish from them weekly at the Pacific Beach farmers market. I especially love the sashimi grade salmon. Prices are fair, and the vendor at the market is always so nice to me! Pro tip, you can call in advance to get the exact weight you want, and they can also cut the skin off for you in advance.

Delicious fish, friendly and helpful employee behind the counter of this no frills market. All the fish is carefully wrapped, and bagged with ice to ensure a fresh result when you get home! It's kind of a staple in Fullerton for its variety and availability.

The staff were so helpful! This is a small store that has some things on ice, a freezer, and some high quality fish. We opted to just buy some poke by the pound and ate it with some chips for lunch. Reminded me of being in Hawaii a bit. I'll be back to buy some more poke and maybe some of the other seafood!
