Douglas Burgers

The food is consistently good, the ladies that work there are very nice and helpful! what they serve is simple food well done, and very good service!

Well we were looking for a family pack of burgers doing the burgers thing Well we have 2 Douglas burgers in our area but this Douglas had the family combo. This is a great deal for the price we hooked up 2 more combos and still a good price. We also grabbed a side of onion rings, I like the breading. Normally we get the rings with the breading more sloppy but these rings were breaded nicely like rings should be.. The proprietor is a very nice lady good customer service. Helped us with our decision. The place is very clean and welcoming grill staff were on point good timing on getting our food. Smelled delicious our food.Atmosphere = 8Staff = 8Customer service = 8Food = 9Packaging = 7 Lobby = 82nd time at this Douglas, good place will continue to put this as my 1st Douglas over the other to be my second one

Food is great especially for the price and quantity, the pastrami roast beef sandwich was moist and filling while the asada fries were crispy, and the beef did complement the guacamole for an amazing taste. service is great and responsive. Ambiance feels cozy and relaxed. Will be a regular when I'm in Norwalk.

Honestly. When George owned this place it was a bit run down but, goddammit! Was it good. And very affordable. But ever since it got taken over by someone else, a while back, it seriously has gone downhill, and the price has increased like no other. Food quality has decreased a lot. And damn they are stingy! A box used to be hooked up with fries and onion rings, but now it's a joke. The owners wife always seems in a bad mood. The old staff is still cool but the new owners really brought this place down. I would recommend the Firestone one a bit more but if you want a really douglas experience and food burgers go to the one in Elsinore.

just your basic no frills burger joint/diner. There are a lot of these in socal and what I generally recommend when coming here is to stick to the burgers and anything fried. They also usually serve mexican food and breakfast. I generally recommend staying away from the mexican food. It's never that great. they only offer it because a good majority of their patrons are hispanic. What sets this one apart is that they do take a great deal of pride in the clenliness and their food is nicely prepared with not much wait. All their staff are super nice, which is always appreciated. The one issue I have here is that there is only one bathroom outside. That may be an issue if you plan to sit and eat. Also if you come here do be patient with the staff when it comes to their communication skills. Clearly English is not their first language so do keep that in mind.

Excellent double cheeseburger combo, fries were hot, crispy and salty just like we like em. Service with a smile and ready super quick. Air conditioner cooling the dining area. Definitely recommend with a two thumbs up.

$8 for a shitty cheeseburger with bacon that has only one patty is ridiculously overcharge and $5 for basic shitty burger with one patty is overcharge, when you can literally drive down street and get bomb ass in n out meal double patties and animal style fries for $12 or burger double 2 patties 10x better tasting for $5 ... I only come here for fries or french toast special. Ripping people off

I have been a costumer since 2019 and they have always been really nice and their customer service is very good.The food is always delicious and fresh 10/10 would recommend if you want a bomb ass burger and fries. They also are really clean and it's a good place to go to.

This is the best Douglas in the city, everything is great except for when I went on 8/7 2023 and I ordered a pastrami and it almost seemed as if they forgot 2/3 of the meat, I do not want to compare it to a competitor in the city but if I would have seen how little meat was in the sandwich I would have changed it to a burger. I usually write great reviews and for this one I'm still giving it 5 STAR's because everything else is great on the menu, service is fantastic, the place is impeccable, I just hoped that I would have seen the size before I took the Sandwich home that it was tiny and merely a disappointment.

Good food, amount of food is good, but for a burger spot is on the expensive side. Was full on only half amount of the food I ordered.
