Truly never fails ! Food is always freshly made and Staff is always super welcoming.

The service alone is 5 stars! The cashier was very nice. She checked on me while I was eating and offered to get me refills. Next the food was amazing ! I couldn't decide between chili cheese fries and a burger , luckily , they have a combo that offers both !! The burger was juicy and flavorful. The chili cheese fries were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. Stopping by and checking them out .

I called in a lunch order and it was ready for pick up within 20mins. I ordered two tuna melts (lady asked if I wanted tomatoes and I said yes) , one chicken tender combo and zucchini fries. There is a $1.00 card transaction but for me who never brings cash, it's not a big deal. For those who bring cash, $1.00 extra can be steep for a credit card charge. All the food was nicely packed and all correct. I was 10mins away from home and all the fried food sat well. I was extremely impressed by the fried zucchini holding their "clothes" on. Most of the time at these burger joints, the fried batter on the zucchini just all fall off while they're in the to go brown bag. Not these guys! Tuna melts was nicely flavored and grilled to perfection. Chicken tenders were not overly fried. Fry oil tasted fresh and didn't have that old oil tinge on my tongue. Bill was $30 bucks. Good service. Good food. Good price. Will be coming back

Super rude cashier and my food was totally done wrong. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese and got this cold cut sandwich thing. Don't bother coming here

Our food was cooked to order. No mistakes this time. Everything is cooked when you order it. The service was good too. I called my order and it was almost ready when I got there. They were a little busy today. She did forget the salsa for the tacos. Everything tasted great.

I just came by and ordered 3 hamburgers and one order of Chillies cheese fries with some zucchini and onion rings and they charged me over 70 dollars. No they were not combos they were just sandwiches and they refuse to give me a refund or my receipt but I have picture on my bank app of how much I was charged and the cherry on top is they give a fee to use a debit card. Horrible service never coming again

The food was horrible. I ordered a chicken dinner and asked for crispy fries. I got an extra dry burn chicken with burn fries. The small salad was overloaded with dressing that by the time I got home the salad was watery. Never will I return to eat here!

Been coming here for YEARS, i love that it's still "old fashioned" compared to those modern brunch places with alcohol/loud music. Douglas is a classic

Really AMAZING service and delicious food, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo, was a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Very disappointed with our food today. There was a giant piece of glass in the Jr burger. Please be more careful with what you are serving, this could've been alot more dangerous had my son wanted the burger.
