Donut Queen & Ice Cream

This spot is legit love this place. Right up the street from where I live there croissants sandwiches are really good. I usually come for the breakfast sandwiches made fresh to order. Tesla chargers outside so high traffic for Tesla cars. Right off the freeway off the 91 and LB Blvd. Service is quick never a line. Ladies are always welcoming. Will definitely come back again and again.

Started off okay. Went to order a breakfast croissant sandwich when we were told they were out of croissants. Okay no big deal. We order our sandwiches and then a family of 5 comes in after. And they proceed to make all their sandwiches and pack up their things and left us there waiting for a good 15-20 minutes before even starting our order. I'm not sure what that was all about but it was very irritating. And I didn't comprehend why the guy at the counter wasn't helping out the lady who was making the sandwiches to speed up the process either. When they finally gave us our 2 sandwiches, no apology for waiting. No recognition that it took them a while to give us 2 things when the family after us order a bunch of stuff. The croissant sandwiches are good. The croissant is so soft and melts in your mouth. The donuts are okay. I have my favorite donut place and so far no one else compares to that one. So that may just be me and my high standards for donuts.

The service is fast and the donuts are always fresh. The ice cream is good as well. Even tho it's in Compton/ Long Beach it's a decent place to get sweets and charge at the same time.

I went there to get a breakfast sandwich today while I was charging my car at the tesla station outside. They told me my card declined. They ran it again. They then asked for a new card. They said that one also got declined. I asked them if their system was down, they said no, it's your cards. I was nice and said ok and gave them a third card which she said finally went through. I genuinely thought maybe my cards were not running or they didn't actually take Amex. I am currently checking my statements and I was charged each time on all 3 cards. So now I am going to have dispute charges with 2 different credit cards. Also she charged me $1.25 extra for using a cardNot sure what this lady's deal was. I even said thank you before I left where she rudely said "bye!" Without turning her head. I would steer clear. Also my order was wrong lol.

I came in here on two separate occasions, and each time the donuts were stale. I got their French vanilla and it was burnt. Honestly, I could not eat any tolerate it. I absolutely hate wasting food or drinks however, this was trash worthy.

TERRIBLE donuts. This place got me sick. DO NOT EAT HERE. On top of it all the girl inside was so rude. Please take my advice and do not go in here.

Stopped by here while my car was charging in the parking lot for a quick bite. Was not a fan of the .75 charge they add for using card, I had cash and could of easily just used cash. When I found out I asked for a refund, after about $10 minutes of them trying to figure out how to refund me I just decided to get my sandwich. The sandwich was just ok. I suggest you inform your customers of this charge when they place their order. It's a shady business practice.

Nice folks, good donuts & good sandwiches at a very reasonable price. 12 donut holes and a very good BLT for under $10.

Highly recommend this donut shop, they have delicious donuts. The shop is clean and the service is great.
