Great little hole in the wall place that we go to before games in Inglewood to get our Korean fix. The combo deals are the best. Solid banchans and kimchi soup.

Came to this place to get Bossam since they have individual portions. Didn't disappoint. My wife loved the cold noodle and Bossam. I ordered the pork bulgogi and soybean soup. Didn't disappoint either. Banchan was decent and included slices of Korean pancake, so I was happy.Great service too! The ladies came over like 6 times while we were eating asking if everything was okay. Super attentive. The rest of the customers eating were all older Korean folks, so you know this place is good.

Hands down the best bossam and Korean stew I have ever had. Dong Nae Gil is where it's at!!! They have amazing bossam perfectly portioned for one person that you can order as a combo with a classic Korean stew. My go to is the soybean paste stew. This place tastes delicious, has incredible side dishes, and has affordable prices. What more can you ask for in life?! # 64 - grilled fish (mackerel) + kimchi stew # 60 - cabbage wraps w/ steamed pork & kimchi + soybean paste stewInstagram: @jessgoeat

very homey, feels like a neighborhood korean restaurant i'd go to in koreai think this place offers some dishes that i'd say are pretty hard to find at other korean restaurants like the braised monkfish, which is super hearty and feels healthy because there's so much beansprouts LOL really good tho but could be an acquired taste tbh. also had the cheonggukjang which is definitely a very strong flavor, it's great but very fermented so i'd only try it if you're really into that.

In the heart of Gardena is an inconspicuous Korean restaurant that screams authenticity! Walk inside and you will find small groups of Koreans , enjoying the multitude of items on their menu. Honestly, I have No idea what o was eating, but it was so tasty and will definitely be back for more!

The service is slow. If the employee doesn't know you, your service will be slow. The food is good

Stopped by at 8:18pm tonight. Two ladies turned us away. They said "closed"!The sign clearly says "close at 9:00pm".Seemed like they just want to close at anytime. Then we saw 2-3 Korean men walked in. I guess they can't b.s. the Korean men.We like the food, but this kind of service is not worth my patronage.

This place is my Korean soul food spot. It has a very mom and pop vibe and all the workers are Korean ajummas there so you already know the food is gonna be bomb. I've been here a handful of times it's on the side of a small lowkey plaza. The bossam is great but I think my favorite there is actually the black goat stew. It's a great pick me up on a cold day or if you're tired and hung over. If you order the combo there's so much food. Every time I go here it's basically two meals. Their Banchan is also really good and there's an abundance of options.

Nestled in Gardena, my recent visit to a delightful Korean restaurant left me filled and happy. The establishment exuded an undeniable mom-and-pop charm that instantly transported me to my own fond memories of childhood. I ordered the the Bossam combo, a delightful offering that includes a choice of soup (김치찌개, 된장찌개, and more). The combination of flavors and textures was nothing short of divine. Each succulent bite of the pork, complemented by an array of fresh vegetables, shrimp paste, kimchi, and flavorful sauces, was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to serving authentic Korean cuisine. The intimate setting and rustic decor fostered a sense of comfort that made me feel at home. I think it was the side dishes, or "banchan," that did it for me. I always say you know the main dish will be good if the "banchan" hits. As for the price, the value I received was worth it. The portion size was perfect, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. Overall service was good, nothing negative to report. If you're looking for a quick bite or want a home-style Korean dish, you should check it out!
