5/5Amazing Chicken Spot!This place is a 10/10! Everything I ordered was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The chicken was perfectly grilled--juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The sides were just as good, especially the salad and sweet potato, which paired perfectly with the meal.On top of the great food, the staff was also a 10/10 super friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. You can tell they care about quality and customer service.If you're looking for a great spot for fresh, delicious food, this is it. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Great option for a quick and somewhat healthy lunch when visiting the Irvine Spectrum. It's located close to the Target / carousel / kid's playground area. I went with my 1.5 year old and had a half chicken plate with sweet potato and lemon potato. The chicken was very tender and moist and the sweet potato was nicely roasted and had a creamy texture. Both my toddler and I enjoyed the meal and still had some left overs to take home!

I ate here after hearing about all the hype but my experience was overshadowed by poor and rude customer service. The person taking my order messed up and added something to the order that I never ordered and charged me for it. I went to the cash register to get my refund since I never ordered it. I brought it up to the person who took my order and she rudely insisted that I was wrong and that I had ordered the extra food even though I had not. She repeated several times that I was wrong and that I had indeed ordered the food. Anyway, after arguing for a couple minutes she told me I would get my refund in a couple days, but to be honest the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would've had a good experience if the employee owned up to their mistake and just gave me my refund instead of arguing with me and basically accusing me of misrepresenting the facts. Would highly recommend not coming here because of the rude customer serviceEDIT:The owner reached out to me and apologized for the incident and refunded me the entire order. Quality customer service from the owner. I really appreciated him reaching out to me and will give Dizzy Bird another shot

Service was friendly although it was a busy Saturday night! Small space but staff kept it clean and there was surprisingly enough seating for people after waiting in line. The food was very good. We shared the 2 thigh chicken plate and it's my new favorite place in the spectrum! So much flavor. We had a side of potatoes, pesto pasta salad and pita bread. Generous size compared to other places. My favorite were the potatoes. Will try the corn next time. Will definitely return!

This place is located right by the play area for kids, so this place can get busy! They have different size tables to accommodate your group, but it is first come first serve. You place the order at the counter and they will call your name when the food is ready. We ordered the plate with 2 pcs of chicken with fries, and rice, and then the hot bird wrap. Both food items were delicious and filling. The plate is great for sharing with little ones, it also came with pita bread and yogurt? We asked for the sauce for the chicken to be on the side as well. There is a bit of a wait for the food to come. They also have a self-serve drink station inside.

Came here for the first time as this location is fairly new! I liked that the menu had options for bowls, salads, and wraps. I ordered the Hot Bird which was a spicy chicken wrap. I thought all of the flavors paired together nicely. The spice level was actually pretty good too. I would definitely order this wrap again, but excited to try something new the next time around!

Currently writing this review after finishing my second Hot Bird Wrap of the week!! I came here for the first time two days ago after the place I MEANT to go to for lunch was unexpectedly closed. It was a happy accident honestly because I've been so fixated on coming back here since I first had it.If you're the kind of person that loves strong, punchy flavors like I do, this is the place for you! When I initially looked at the menu, I was most drawn towards the Chargrilled Wraps. As much as I love wraps, they tend to be overpriced for the amount of food you get. Dizzy Bird is not that kind of place--when I got my order, I was so shocked by the size of the wrap. It's the size of like 2 average wraps. You will get sufficiently full at how much chicken gets stuffed into the wrap.Not only that, it comes with their signature Dizzy Bird Sauce and you can ask for more pickled jalapeños on the side with no extra charge. They're super delicious, extremely mild on the spice (in my opinion) and made in house. The flavor of the wrap itself is so well balanced down to the seasoning of the chicken and the garlic sauce inside. The chicken is soooo juicy and the spice level is perfect. The pita is chargrilled which gives a good crisp to it and it's also the perfect thickness which doesn't overwhelm the wrap as a whole.The service here is great and I've ran into the same blonde lady at the register both times I've gone. She's so lively and I really appreciated that especially during my lunch breaks :) This place is definitely going to be another fixation of mine for a while!

Food - 10/10Service - 7/10 Ambiance - 8/10First time eating here and the food was incredible! Got the two thigh chicken plate which came with two sides and a pita bread. I would definitely eat here again, so I would highly recommend trying this place if you're at the Irvine Spectrum!! Service was a little disorganized. Initially asked for to-go but received it as a dine-in platter, which was fine but the place itself is fairly small so there's limited seating. We also couldn't hear when our order was ready so I would recommend staying closer to the entrance or inside.

Excellent service and great food! Rhiana was patient and extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations. Would come back again!

Amazing food, good size portions, customer service 10/10 would definitely come back when in the area
