Dave's Cosmic Subs

This place is always a solid choice! The vibe is super chill with cool rock 'n' roll decor, and the subs are seriously next level. I got The Original Dave's Cosmic Sub, and it was packed with flavor--the bread was perfect, the meats were fresh, and that cosmic sauce, omg! Also, gotta shout out the pickled eggs--they're way better than before! Super flavorful and just the right amount of tang. Definitely a great little extra to add to your meal.Service was fast and friendly, and you can tell they really care about making great food. If you're in Seal Beach and want a killer sandwich (plus some awesome pickled eggs), this is the spot. Definitely recommend! Micheal provided great customer service!

Well I'm giving a low score for the mistake they made. I ordered a club sandwich, got my order and went back to our campsite.I discovered I got the wrong sandwich, a tuna salad sandwich. We were from out of town, and staying too far to go back, so I called and called and called and never got an answer or even a voice mail, just a ring, ring, ring. So $15.00 for the wrong sandwich, and not even a good sandwich. I did finally get someone to answer when I tried calling again. The person who answered picked up the phone and simply said "Hello" like he was wondering why the phone was ringing. Didn't even say the name of the place, so I wasn't sure if I was talking to someone at the sandwich shop. Told him what happened, he said he was sorry, and I had to ask about getting this corrected. He said they can replace the sandwich, I said that was great, and asked him if he wanted my name, "oh yea what's your name?"To end the story, I never made it in to get the replacement, so to their credit, they did offer to correct their mistake, I just never had the time before we left town.

I've been coming back and this time I tried the Tuna Dave. It was AMAZING I did the wrap hack again and asked them to add sprouts and bacon. Thank you to the patient staff for going along with my request bc wow that wrap was delicious!!!! This time around I think I hit a sweet spot there were only a few people in front of me so it didn't take long to get my food! They also cleaned the place up a bit with a shelf for the chips definitely easier access for me

Just had a large tuna fish sandwich with dill spear at $24 The bread was great but tuna taste funny? Not miracle, whip funny, but it had something in it maybe too much dill? The tomatoes were almost nonexistent, and the portion of tuna was small, considering the high price. Had small portion of grated parmesan cheese, but not enough to make it tasty . Maybe should have had tuna melt? Jersey Mike's much better at half the price.

Great prices. Great Subs. Friendly staff. All around I'm giving it 5 stars wish I could give them 10

Got the Crazy Dave sub and it lived up to expectations. The bread was soft and tasted fresh; the meats were piled on high; the various toppings and cheese added that extra oomph. Service was fast and friendly so no complaints. The place small and clean; finding parking was not an issue. Overall, 5 stars and a new sandwich place to add to my list.

No love put into our sandwiches. Bread was stale and all ingredients were thrown into the bread in a sloppy build. All their cheese is shredded, no slices.

Stopped in here the other day and had quite a good Sando. I got the #13 (The Turkey Dave), which was piled high with cheese, fresh pepperoncinis, Dave's Cosmic Sauce (which I think is just a red wine vinaigrette or Italian dressing) and added bacon for a little extra flavor. Good proportions of ingredients and rich in flavor. (I personally didn't love the cheese choice, would try a Swiss or provolone next time) Service was nice and friendly, the space tidy and clean with bar stools and counter for dining in. Parking was easy in this lot too, an added bonus.

I recently graduated and asked Dave's Cosmic Subs to cater my celebration. My food order was ready before pick up and it was a big hit with everyone! Thank you Daisy for taking my order ahead of time. Such a sweetheart, she recommended the Italian sub, the Big Dave's Sub, and the meatball sub. The subs tasted incredible and super packed with meat and flavor. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect feast. They gave us extra condiments and utensils with an extra helping of sides (peppers and pickles). I would definitely order from Dave's again and again. They set the bar for deli sandwiches for me!

my favorite lunch spot!! the staff is so friendly and the sandwiches are amazing! I recommend trying them as a wrap as well. the number 1 is my go to - love it here!!
