The food is DELICIOUS and there is a wide range of cuisines and restaurants available. It's a ghost kitchen with automatic lockers and an ordering kiosk, plenty of easy street parking and a very dirty single bathroom with no soap. It's a terrible place to try to dine in. You CAN, there are a couple of stools at a bar counter, but I highly advise take out only. There is someone at the counter behind a glass window in case something happens, but it's really supposed to be self service only and there's always random DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers hanging out who are not super helpful at all. If you're ordering at the kiosk, you can take the printed receipt that comes out and hold it up to the tablet cameras mounted on the wall to scan it and you should get your food that way.

We ordered $50 worth of juice online for pickup from this Pressed Juicery post. I got an email stating the order was ready at 8:10am. When we arrived, the register was "closed" and there was no one there. An hour later at 9:12 as I'm writing this, still nothing. The phone number on the email is always busy. With the only job being to hand over a bag of juice, since we ordered and paid online, it's super disappointing and inconvenient. It's a cute place, but isn't organized at all.

The good:I got a chicken rice bowl, Mexican bowl, fried chicken pieces, side of acorn noodles, green smoothie and spicy chicken sandwich. The green smoothie bad coconut water and pineapple and was delicious and fresh. The pickled onion in the chicken rice bowl made the bowl super tasty. I liked the slaw and crunch in the spicy chicken sandwich. The bad:The menu said forks and napkins were 25 cents so I purchased 2 but then was given two extra ones in my bag. It was confusing because I ordered twice but my first order was counter pickup and my second order was in the locker (potentially due to the size of the first order). When I went to the counter no one helped me though there was a girl sitting there eating (maybe on break). There were a lot of flies inside and it was hot. The bathroom wasn't the nicest. There's no outdoor seating area. There was an ad (wall poster) for a boba shop but inside the computer I didn't see it. The rice bowl had a little too much rice. The chicken bites were red with paprika (different than the photo) and wasn't crispy on the outside. It didn't seem freshly fried. The side of noodles was advertised as having green onion so I thought there would be some sesame oil or flavor on it but it came without green onion a s came just boiled and plain. The interesting:There's a private lot but also street parking. This is good for take out. I wouldn't dine in again like I did today. Inside, there were the self-driving delivery carts. Online there were two lower tables inside but they were absent when I came because the robot delivery carts need space.

I only order the same thing every time and their food is bomb which is Abuelitas. This last encounter really pissed me off though because I was waiting and waiting for 15-20 minutes and not one single person bothered to help. Their kiosks machines weren't working and I get that but they should have a better system because I couldn't open the any locker & no body was at the counter to help or even notify us about what was going on . Whenever someone did come to the counter I would ask them on how to get the food out & it's like they didn't even have any idea , they just kept saying the systems weren't working and would literally just walk away. Lol.

Daisy Diner is a Ghost kitchen and it's ordering and pick up process is pretty much the same as most Ghost Kitchens. You order on a tablet and pick up in a locker once you get the text that your order is ready! I didn't have much of an issue with how they operated, with the exception of nobody working in the front to help guide the confused people or the folks whose order may be off or wrong! I would imagine that that can be a terrible situation! I also didn't like that the tablet was pretty gross when I went to touch it- with all the sickness going around, it would be nice to have it cleaned after someone uses it (at least leave wipes or something so we can self clean or something) Parking is okay, I found it on the street! My food was hot and ready when I picked it up!

Ghost Restaurant with Options!!!So, I was searching Yelp for a sandwich spot, and a restaurant called "From Philly" popped up. It had high ratings, and some inviting pictures. I go to look at the address, and it appears to be in an industrial part of Long Beach. That surprised me, because I would never expect there to be fine dining in that part of Long Beach. I thought and thought and then decided to give it a try.Initially, I'm looking for a store front that says "From Philly" on it (of course). However, I do not see it. I double check the address, and then find this humongous warehouse that is painted with some very decadent artwork. The address matches, so this must be the place. I initially thought that it was a large food court. I walk in and see ordering kiosks, and a small eating area. I ask the lone attendant who is there, where I should order. She points to a kiosk that has marquees of about 20 restaurants. She tells me that I can order from any of the restaurants at the kiosk.Once I saw the plethora of choices, it was hard to stick with my initial choice. Nonetheless, I go with the Philly spot. I order a cheesesteak and fries that chimes in at about $15. After ordering, you get a text message telling you that your meal will be ready in about 10-15 minutes. While waiting I see a few dozen Uber Eats and Door Dash drivers coming and going. You do not pick up your food at the counter. Rather, there are about 20 "Amazon Prime" type boxes. The food is delivered to the box, and that is where you retrieve it. As I look at the operation, I see a robot delivering bag after bag of food to the attendant that processes it in a computer, and then puts it in one of the boxes. Driver after driver goes to the box, picks up the food, and off they go. This is an amazing concept that allows restauranteurs to start up shop relatively inexpensively, while delivering fine dining to the masses. My food is finally ready. I get a text message telling me this. It provides me a link to a key that opens the door where my Philly cheesesteak sits. When I look at it, it looks quite nice. It's a real cheesesteak that tastes quite good. The fries are normal fare, but they do have enhanced fries. I'll probably get that next time.Clearly, this spot is meant for take away or delivery. It's not the most welcoming part of Long Beach. The warehouse is huge with about 30-40 kitchens working inside. It takes up more than half of the city block where it sits. I must say that I like the concept. It's one stop shopping if you want to order directly there and avoid the delivery fee. Then again, if you already have a subscription delivery service, it's a no brainer to order from here.Check out the website, and get your orders in. My sandwich experience was good, and I would definitely try another food option. For now, I say that you should give Daisy Diner a try. You have a world of choices, and I imagine that all of the vendors have great selections.

You have no interaction with staff which can be good or bad depending on what kind of service interaction you're looking for. The building is cozy, not the largest but when I came around lunch time it was very empty. I've had Ben's fast food several times and it's a great hearty and healthy option of food when you're on the go and are trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle.

Placed an order at 11:30pm directly from the Daisy Diner website for Abuelita's Birria & Fresh Mexican Food, estimated delivery was 12:00am-12:25am. Order status showed order confirmed, then preparing food, and by at least 11:48pm the order status was "Ready for Delivery." They just never tried to deliver. Over 90 minutes later food still has not been delivered, still in "Ready for Delivery" status...must just be sitting on a counter somewhere. Never again.Restaurant owner promptly reached-out after seeing my yelp review on the restaurant's page and provided a refund. Claims Door Dash picked-up the order. Not sure why order status never changed, but whatever. Owner advised contacting the restaurant directly, as Daisy Diner doesn't provide any phone numbers or contact information whatsoever. I've never received an email from their help desk after submitting a customer inquiry on their online form. The Daisy Diner website still offers free delivery on $40+ orders using a code that comes up as invalid months after notifying them of that issue via their help desk online form. Does anybody check their customer service messages? I will NOT order thru Daisy Diner website again due to their nonexistent customer service or support.

I ordered from the Cinnamon Bakery and it's definitely not worth $13 for a cinnamon roll. I thought that the cinnamon rolls would be made fresh and you would get them nice and warm with a fork and some napkins, especially because of the price, I was wrong. When I picked up my order the box a sticker label, like the ones from a grocery store, it was cold and instructions said to heat it up. If I wanted to heat it up myself and get a mediocre cinnamon roll I could've gone to a grocery store for that, and even then the grocery store ones are soft. This is definitely a waste of money. Go elsewhere for a dessert.
