D'z Tacos

David does it again! This was the second time I have booked David, this time for a 30th birthday party for my son. Once again he was fantastic! Great food, great attitude, excellent communication, on time and on fire! And all at a reasonable price. Delicious al pastor, carne asada, and chicken tacos - don't forget to include the grilled veggies and without question add his KILLER guacamole and grilled pineapple salsa to go with his outstanding al pastor tacos. Thank you David! Looking forward to another party with you catering.

Do they give Michelin stars to taco carts? If so I nominate D'z Tacos! David outdid himself yet again. I booked David in December for my birthday party and got the basic package. Everybody lost their minds over the tacos. For my son's high school graduation party I upgraded and added the carnitas package, guac, pineapple salsa, and my only regret is that I didn't upgrade the first time around! I have experienced countless taco carts at various parties over the years. Some are good, others aren't so good. NONE can even come close to D'z Tacos. They are mouthwateringly delicious, the flavor palate is gourmet level, and the salsas/sides are the perfect compliment. The guacamole is also to die for. I love all of the tacos but my favorite are the carnitas (which he starts cooking a few days before the event) and the skirt steak - both with his famous garlic oil. I promise you that your guests will be lining up to get seconds (and thirds), and for his contact info at the end of the night. One guest at the grad party ate 16 tacos. If you really want to make your event stand out, don't just order any taco cart, book D'z and you will be blown away. As much as I'd love to gatekeep this chef, he's also an awesome human and I want to do whatever I can to ensure that he keeps making these outstanding tacos.

It was my first booking a taco man and I have to say David was excellent! So easy and walked me through pricing. More than enough food for everyone, and everyone loved it! And my family are hard critics. Makes the best sauces and salsas that pair so well with the tacos. The tortillas we fresh, he was punctual and professional. Will be booking him again soon!

Dz's tacos are on point, their carne asada is super fresh & amazing. Their guac is Next level. Best thing there is their signature Garlic Oil, wow, beyond amazing. I will def be using them again for their catering services. Thanks again David!

David, the owner of D'z Tacos, is very passionate when it comes to his business and satisfying his clients.From the beginning, communication was easy. He responded on the same day, was very detailed, informative, and gave me time to process and make a decision. Once we agreed on the day and my package, he sent me a copy of the menu that I had selected including prices so there would be no surprises.When the day came, he was punctual and got everything ready quickly.Now let's "taco bout" (talk about- get it) the food!I got the steak, chicken, and al pastor package along with the beans, rice, and oat horchata. Saying that everything was delicious would be an understatement. The meats were very flavorful, juicy, and better quality overall than those you'd find with other taco vendors. Seasoned to perfection! The rice and the beans were always warm and very good too. David uses olive oil instead of lard.I honestly didn't think the oat horchata was going to be good, but boy was I wrong. It was smooth, light, and just the right amount of sweet. David also brought salsas, limes, diced onions, cilantro, and yellow peppers that he grilled and drizzled with homemade lemon pepper seasoning. The man is so passionate about his craft that he even explained to me how the onions must be diced finely and need to be symmetrical. Like I said, he's passionate and takes every aspect of his job very seriously. I shared with him that I had hired a terrible "taco man" the prior year and that my family and friends didn't trust my good judgment anymore, but because of David, I have redeemed myself.If you're looking to "wow" your guests, send David a message. This is my wife and I's 3rd time booking David. The man is passionate about his cooking. Freshly made tortillas in the morning for our event in the afternoon, a garlic oil with amazing flavor, freshly made salsa and all the fixings. All of his meats are amazing but the standouts for me are his chorizo (first time having that) and his special carnitas. The carnitas is to die for. With his great attitude, energy and amazing food, you can't go wrong with David

He was the taco man for my uncle's 20th wedding anniversary party and it was top notch. Quality of the meat was great, and his beans and rice were flavorful and like my mom makes. Can't wait for him to feed us agains soon.

Food was amazing and all of the guests said these were the best tacos they've ever had! The garlic oil and guacamole was fantastic! The set up was great and David super helpful with everything. Will definitely be hiring again for a future party.
