I have a nut allergy, so I was hesitant to order here even though they offer a nut free Vegan curry.The Vegan curry was very good along with their pork katsu. I've been back for a second time and ordered the same thing and added a potato salad. Everything was good.I hope they can improve their customer service as their kiosk ordering machine asks for a tip. On both occasions, I had to confirm they were giving me the Vegan curry because I'm allergic to nuts because they were nonchalant about it.If you have a serious nut allergy, then you may need to be a lot more cautious about eating here.

I was not impressed with Curry Express by Midoh. Prices are high for what you get and the curry taste that I'm looking for just wasn't there.I ordered Hamburger Curry ($14.50) with Mushrooms ($2). The hamburger patty was not flavorful and kind of dry. The amount of mushrooms you get for $2 is so small, I felt ripped off. The curry flavor itself was disappointing to me. It tastes very similar to Japanese instant boxed curry roux from the market. Nothing wrong with that, but it didn't have the complexity of flavors that I had hoped. For $17, the amount of food and quality just isn't for me.One thing I did like is that you can place your order online for pickup. I didn't notice any additional charges for ordering online - so that's a plus!

I really like the food here, my wife and I came in before work to try. The service was fast they have a touch screen computer and the people are friendly. Nice little place to come and eat in a mellow environment.

A tiny little dive with a few tables that serves a large variety of Japanese and Indian curry. Many Japanese groceries have places like this built in, but the amount of choices here is pretty amazing, featuring everything from Menchi Katsu to those lovable Tonkatsu sandwiches.This is more of a fast food place, so I wouldn't come here expecting to eat light or healthy, but it's still has really good ingredients for what it is. The service was good and the counter was eager to help. If you're in the mood for some well made comfort food without the long wait, I'd give this place a shot.

Got some take out today for the fam. It was gone so fast we didn't have time for pictures lol. Our next visit for sure. Great portions for a good price! The desserts are sooooo delicious too. Also gone before I had time for pictures. Ordered online, super easy. The staff were all so friendly too! Will definitely be back!

Really good food I have no complaints. The hamburger steak paired with the curry ver nicely. The chicken cutlet had the perfect breading and taste. Portions are pretty ok for how much they cost. You order on a tablet and choose whether you want it to-go or if you want to eat it there. It's a super casual and small dining spot which makes sense since it is called express. It didn't take too long to cook, it was a little less than 20 mins for my two items.

The food took longer than expected but it was worth it as food tasted hot and fresh. The pork katsu sandwich was huge, so delicious and cooked perfectly! Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The miso soup was also one of the best I've ever had. It was flavorful and had big pieces of seaweed in it. Highly recommend the katsu sandwich, you won't regret it!

I absolutely love Japanese curry, so if there's a curry place anywhere near me, you better believe I'm gonna try it out. Very tiny place, has only a table or two to dine-in. I'm assuming most orders are for takeout. Got the hamburger curry and mushroom only curry. Both were delicious! Portions are small, but just right if you're looking for a quick bite. If you're starving and looking for a huge meal, probably not the place for you. This place is in a complex that has a bunch of parking, located near Daiso. Service is great, super friendly, and clean. Great spot to get your curry fix!

First time at Curry Express and it was great. I ordered the SPECIAL Chicken cutlet curry which is a larger size than the their normal size.I was surprised that it was plentiful and struggled to finish the meal.The potato salad was perfect ! i order the spicy curry sauce and I would compare it to Cocoichibanya's level of a 3 or 4. The cutlet chicken was about a slab and a half. If I were to rate Curry express vs. Kagura or Cocoichibanya. I would giveCurry Express chicken cutlet curry the nod over the other two. The special chix cut curry is about the same with Coco and Kagura. The quantity was much better than Coco or Kagura. The pricing was definitely better for what you get at Curry Express so they get a 5 STAR !
