Cuernavaca's Grill

Visited after seeing an influencer, who friends with ownership, promote the restaurant and decided to support a local business only to be disappointed by the quality of the food. Ordered two tacos, asada and pastor. Tortillas were cold, asada meat was mostly diced fatty chunks, and 0 flavor. Management needs to spend less time promoting on social media and local morning shows and really focus on cooking food with "Sazon". The food lacks Sazon. The green salsa is watered down Lime juice and tomatillo. Red salsa has a bitter taste and terrible consistency. Disgusting. 0 effort went into preparation and it feels like the cooks are only going through the motions. Lacks Sazon. Do better and focus on serving a good meal.

We saw an influencer on instagram talking about this restaurant and the strawberry shortcake collaboration they were having till Oct 15th so we decided to go. Thought it was an adorable idea It's about 45min from us The restaurant is in a shopping center and was decorated on the outside with strawberry shortcake. We went inside and immediately you get the overpowering smell of some type of cleaner. It was very overwhelming. The restaurant itself looks a little outdated and was a bit messy. We went to the counter to place. Our order took a minute for anyone to notice us and then a lady came out and asked if we were, getting it to go to sit, we said to sit, she gave us two of their menus and sat at a table. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable the type of chairs you get from IKEA not something you would sit in for a long time in a restaurant, it took a while for someone to come and take our order. It probably would've been faster just to do it at the counter. The whole reason we went there was for the strawberry shortcake collaboration, and they were out of most of the items so we got the pink tacos and a strawberry quesadilla that they had left We went ahead and placed our drink orders. She came back to tell us that they did not have any of those either so I had to get something different. It took a while for us to receive our food. The Carne asada tacos were just ok meat was dry no flavoring, tacos were big that's about it and I'm assuming Food coloring tortillas to make them pink , the strawberry quesadilla was very thick, and when you went to open it, the cheese was very runny and watery. The masa that was around It was way too thick had no flavoring at all. All I did was taste it ,that was a waste of money in my opinion it was $10 and not good Food was pretty expensive especially for the quality the nachos were flavorless we had to add salt and salsa The food was underwhelming I won't be going there again. It was a good way to get people to go in sadly wish it would of been a better experience

Cuernavaca's Grill is it's door about two to three months ago bring the culture and cuisine of Mexico especially from Cuernava Mexico. My wife and I like try and taste the flavors of Mexico that we often travel different parts of Mexico and explore the true flavors of Mexico. We step in the restaurant and the owner greet us telling seat anywhere and we did. She brought the menu to the table and we look at it what to order. We decided to order my order the chili renello plate and I order the chilaquiles Verde with egg plate. Everything in restaurant is made fresh daily we notice right away. They brought us our meal the chili renello and chilaquiles verde with looks delicious. I took a bite of my chilaquiles verde they were very good amazing flavor it wasn't spicy but tangy in the sauce with fresh made tortillas chips add it that crunch and holding the flavors including the eggs. The rice and bean were very good it have flavors in both side.My wife enjoy her chili renello she great flavor in the sauce and the chili renello and she say the chili wasn't spicy she finished both chili renello. The restaurant is really nice from the inside and owners are very friendly we enjoy the food.

I ordered the green Chilaquiles which were good and also ordered their famous "vaca" animal quesadilla. The waiters were very attentive, polite, and food was out within minutes. The restaurant has a lot of seating and seems to be pretty popular.

I came after seeing so many videos on Tik Tok. I got the cow quesadilla. Was so excited to eat it but as soon as I opened the amount of grease/oil that came out was more than normal. Some oil is expected since it's cheese but this was way too much. The taste of the oil was overpowering. Would not recommend coming here for the cow quesadilla.

Average, slow, and inattentive service. Didn't get any help until actually flagging the waitresses down. Interior of restaurant was kinda lame with a mural on the wall depicting Moses parting the red sea(another Latin restaurant with religious imagery). It was uncomfortably warm inside as well. After placing our order food did take a while to come. However it was tasty. I can't deny good food. And it was good food. Coffee warm. Green chile hot and tingly on my tongue. I had a #4 eggs with chorizo. It was scrumptious. It wasn't until after finishing the food did the AC turn on. Felt responsible for my family coming here to celebrate my Moms birthday. I asked her what she thought. She liked the food didn't like the service. We won't be going back. But don't take my word for it. Foods good. Try it out yourself.

Went to this restaurant after seeing an influencer on instagram mention best breakfast .. No it's not !!! food is not well cooked, no taste to the food. No thank you

It's so BAD! I want to give it a 0 star but it's not possible! Don't go it's a waste of money! My partner and I came to eat at this place cuz it's a new little restaurant and the menu was delivered by a man walking around the neighborhood the restaurant is like 3-4min drive from the house so why not?! Never going there! We got the green chilaquiles the guy was nice enough to service us green and red chilaquiles cuz we were indecisive and a plate of bistec ranchero with an horchata mind you in the pan flip menu that was deliver to us said that the plates came with rice beans and soda which we didn't get a soda so we got the horchata drink we didn't have a problem paying the drink! The problem was when we got the food the chilaquiles were horrible to the point that I try them and had to spit them out right away! My partner is not picky at all even if the food doesn't taste that well he can still eat it. The chilaquiles were almost inedible, tasted like the sauce only had cream, lime, and garlic. The beans tasted like can beans, We also got an almost 1 tortilla de harina it wasn't even a 1 full tortilla and look like store bought. The bistec the meat didn't taste like anything all you can taste was like burnt. The vegetables were poorly cut super big pieces some over cook some under cook. Same for beans tasted like can beans. The ambiance of the place was not matching at all to the menu or culture and was confusing on if it looked like a Mexican restaurant. We ended up complaining in the front because the price was $50 which it didn't make sense to us because the pan flip menu prices were less in total at end we ended up still paying $30 dollars for an horchata and the 1 plate of bistec ranchero because we did not eat the chilaquiles. Over all Food has no soul in it, don't waste your money coming here.

I saw this restaurant following an instagram food influencer. I don't recommend it. It felt unfriendly, I order camarones al mojo de ajo. The shrimp was very fishy and it didn't have flavor. I also ordered a jamaica and it wasn't very tasty.

Food was good, I ordered the chiles rellenos and basically inhaled it. Aguas frescas were on the sweet side but still very good. Service was fast and I felt take care of.
