It's the pickles. I want to know where to get those pickles. I recommend installing windshield wipers on your eyeballs if, like me, you make the questionable decision that the burrito form of the hottest chicken they have will be convenient to consume while driving.

We came in about 915 with 4 adults and 5 kids under 5 y/o. The two people here took it in stride amongst all the chaos and we were able to get in and out. Ordering was simple. Order what you want on the kiosk and it pops up on your table. We ended up ordering Joey style Crimson Onions ($17), 2 crimson chicken sandwiches( $14 each ), Mac and cheese ($6), and a kids box ($11). Each were great and there is NO SKIMPING on the chicken itself like some other places I've been to.Parking is so-so as it's in a parking strip mall with other restaurants but when we went (9pm) I had no problems. I once tried going during lunchtime, but it was fairly busy. If you're in the area I would definitely give this place a whirl.

First time trying this place, as it was strongly recommended by a coworker, ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Fabricio with his excellent customer service made the experience much more memorable, and the sandwich was DELICIOUS! will definitely be coming back soon!

Good chicken sandwich, although I think it's a bit over priced, which is why I won't be going back. It took about 30 minutes to get my food. The decorations in the store were nice and the store was overall very clean. I just cant justify the price and time it took.

Been coming here repeatedly now for awhile. Love their sauce and seasoning, staff is always friendly, food is made fresh when you put your order in, and the restaurant is always clean. What more can you ask for?

Went here with my girl and this is one of the only Nashville places we like because the chicken they use is super flavorful. Jamal was extremely friendly and hooked it up with a smash burger, it was my girl time trying one and man are the amazing here. I would definitely recommend getting the smash burger. It tasted like a fancy McDonalds burger because the bread they use is super fresh and soft. Thanks Jamal for the awesome costumer experience. Will definitely be coming back. Ohh and the bathrooms are super clean!

Looks as if they have an updated menu since my last visit, very detailed on how to order on their kiosk.. you're able to upgrade meal for $6 with fries and drink.. coool :)The natural juice machine is no longer available; bummer :( only because I don't drink soda but the guys who were working Friday night were very nice, food came out quickly. For two sandwiches and two fries = 55 dollars. How! I've been going to crimson since they first opened in Downey. Since then, everything has gotten expensive and quality has gotten down. Not only are the fries significantly low, where you can count each fry, but they would charge for every little thing. Different managers will say different things. Some will charge, some will not. Where is the consistency? On top of that, my boyfriend asked for a side of seasoning, was told that they don't that. Since when? I am extremely disappointed in them. With new Nashville chicken spots popping up, you would think you would do your best to compete and be consistent, but I guess not. And at times, you just don't feel welcome. I remember in the artesia location, the lady in the hijab and the owner were very dismissive and only interacted with those non-black. I felt uneasy. I thought that would overthinking but hearing from another friend who had a similar experience, I guess that's just how they are unfortunately. Goodbye Crimson.
