Cream Pan is a bakery with pastries, bread, desserts and cafe influenced by French and Japanese. My family loves getting the strawberry croissant, curry pan and egg sandwich. Except on this particular morning, we grabbed a tray of 6 strawberry croissant. Fresh strawberry, moist, not so sweet custard and fluffy soft flaky dough. Come early to avoid sell out.

This place is BUSY. It's no wonder it has 6K reviews. I just discovered this place, but know it's been around. I've even gone to a restaurant down the street from here. Oops.F O O DStrawberry Croissant - can't be beat, although I was a little disappointed to see how small it was for the price.Orange Creamsicle pastry was delicious. My picky kiddo almost ate half of it.Adzuki beans with cream - this was big. I enjoyed it, but it's messy to eat. Recommend using a knife to cut it in pieces. There are many other pastry and food options or choose from, so we'll be back to try more!P A R K I N GAbundant and many people are usually in and out.

Dear Cream Pan,We love: your cream puffs, and pork curry katsu, please have more savory bakery options. We love that you open early each day. Your tuna sandwich and egg sandwich are the best! Service is fast and unfriendly, parking is difficult in the front. They have lots of tables for community sitting.

They have perfected the strawberry croissant. The croissant itself is super flakey, with really cold slightly sweetened cream, and fresh cold strawberries. You can get a pack of 6 for $14, which I felt like was fairly priced. They are smaller than a normal croissant though.

I always enjoy coming here to get their staple strawberry croissant when I make a trip down here. I arrived at 1310 in the afternoon on a Thursday and they were sold out of many items which was disappointing. crispy cheese, ham and cheese, sandwiches. No replenishing at this time. Considering they are still open until 7pm, they should definitely have more stock of the popular items for customers to buy. Many people come in asking for items that were already sold out and ended up leaving. It is a waste of a trip if you are not local. I will usually call ahead for smaller mom and pop places but I didn't think I needed to for this place. *lesson learned. I walked away with some sliced white bread. A pudding. Cold pork buns and a bananas strawberry treat.

Offering baked goods, desserts, coffee, bread, and cake, Cream Pan is decent but overshadowed by the competition in the area. We had the raspberry cream cheese and the strawberry croissant. Strawberry was tasty, raspberry was good but not a standout. If you're right in this area, worth a stop but Hamada-ya (inside Mitsuwa) is close by and better.

STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS! Filled with light, not-too-sweet cream.. I can eat multiple in one sitting. They sell them in boxes for a better deal too! I've tried their other pastries (blueberry pastry, ham & cheese croissant, red bean donut, beef curry pastry) and they were good, but nothing too special. The strawberry croissants are definitely the most unique and popular! They're the perfect snack to bring to a gathering and look very aesthetic as well. Lots of seating available inside this! Very spacious and a great catch up spot too.

We went near 5-6PM but they still had some strawberry croissants and it was not busy. Probably an unusually less busy day but would go again (maybe earlier).

Cream Pan is my favorite bakery in the area. The lines may look long but the service is fast and efficient. The inside store has lots of places to sit down and enjoy your meals with coffee and other beverages. I like getting their cream pans, sausage bread, katsu sandwiches, croquette bread, and their strawberry croissant. The savory items are delicious! The croquette bread comes with nice buttercup lettuce and refreshing cucumbers + egg salad. So it's like you're getting 2 sandwiches in one. Contrary to the appearance, it is really filling for an item costing less than $4 / pack. Same with the katsu sandwich. The shredded cabbage gives a nice contrasting crunch to the whole thing. Loved every bite of it!! You have to come early in order to get them because they tend to sell out quickly. Like get there before 11am at the latest. I wasn't a big fan of their curry breads - beef or chicken. It was too airy and bland in my opinion. Same with their scones. It's too cakey and not enough butter used. If you prefer them moist and dense like I do, best to get it elsewhere. I'm looking forward to returning again!

Inside this bakery, it's similar to the layout of 85 Degrees Bakery. It was spacious and you can order with the workers in the front to get the pastries. The workers were very efficient and fast after ordering. A lot of customers do bulk ordering, so make sure to get there when they open so you can get your croissants, they run out of them fast! For the pastry, we got the strawberry croissant and it was the best croissant I've had. The croissant itself was crispy, flaky, and at the same time very light. It's filled with sweet, fresh strawberries and a smooth, rich, vanilla custard. The combination of the smooth custard, crunchy croissant, and sweet strawberries was perfect. The pastry wasn't too sweet which I really enjoyed. If you are in the area in OC, you have to check them out and try these croissants!
