This place is very unique as some dishes blend Mexican flavors with pasta/ravioli. The sweet corn ravioli is tasty. Has a nice balance of sweetness and spice. The desserts were also good I enjoyed the mud pie! Service is good constantly refilling waters and chips/salsa. Full bar with some TV's around the restaurant playing sports.

We're always on the hunt for a good burrito place, and along PCH from El Segundo to Redondo Beach, there are countless Mexican restaurants to choose from. I can name a few, but Coyote Cantina definitely won't make the list.I visited on a Tuesday night, feeling too lazy to cook after work. The outside of the restaurant was so dark that I thought it was closed. When I walked in, I found a dimly lit space with just the bartender and a waiter chatting at the bar. I ordered a carne asada burrito without really looking at the menu. To my surprise, the bill came to $26 for the burrito! I understand that inflation is out of control, but $26? Isn't that a bit overpriced? Hunger had me in its grip, so I grudgingly paid, eager to try this "golden" burrito. Thankfully, a Yelp check-in offered a 10% discount, bringing the total to $23--still overpriced, in my opinion. As I walked home with a bag of chips and my burrito, I anticipated an amazing meal. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the carne asada fell apart as soon as I tried to take it out of the to-go box. Everything crumbled--beans, rice, and meat. Normally, the beans, rice, and cheese should hold the burrito together, even if the tortilla breaks. But here, everything was spilling out because there wasn't much cheese, and the beans were dry, as was the rice. To make matters worse, the meat was tasteless and dry. I managed to eat half of the burrito but ended up leaving the other half in the fridge.

Never been here although I pass by all the time. Since our group wanted to meet before a concert, we mutually agreed to meet here. The ambiance is casual, local folks and service is friendly but check your bill as there was a mixup with incorrect billing from another table. My buddy and I shared the taquitos which were decent. I'm confused because the menu stated 5 pieces but looks like a double order? The food here is more Mexican-American but still pretty good. The Cadillac Marg was great. Lots of parking in this mini strip mall.

Coyote Cantina in Redondo Beach is a great spot to get Mexican food as well as a great happy hour offered daily. We had dinner there a few nights ago and wanted to let you know the comoimentary chips and salsa are great, and I personslly love the "go to" order of Tacos, rice and beans. All there items are authentic in taste and always a fair price! I reccommend the relaxed feel of Coyote Cantina, and the friendly owners!!

My wife and I have been coming to this location since it opened. Always good friendly neighborhood service, tasty food, and a fun night out. When it comes to sleeper locations, this is a neighborhood gem, and one of my favorite spots in the South Bay. You will find it tucked away by Petco. The food rocks, it's an interesting fusion of Mexican and something, not sure what that something is, they just do everything with a flair. They have several items that are not Mexican, so don't stereotype the place as Mexican because it's not necessarily. My 'go to' item is the Turkey Jalapeno Enchiladas. One with salsa raja (red sauce), one with tomatillo sauce (green sauce). Served with black beans, red rice, sour cream and pico de gallo. If you like to drink, they have a deep tequila list, some really good stuff. If you want to go traditional, they make the best margarita I've had in the South Bay (sorry Pancho's!). The drinks compliment the salsa (way~good) and fresh chips. My kids think the green and red chips, which are few and far between, are lucky chips. The atmosphere can be loud because they really pack people into the venue. That said, it's a good place for kids. The wait staff is all really friendly, and they know what they are talking about (food and drinks). The name, "Coyote Cantina" is a bit overdone with the art sculptures throughout the restaurant. Personally, I think it brings character. On my recent visit I was running late and "Birdy" was great about holding my table. Our server was Skyla who has server us a few times, another friendly personality. If you are a sports person, they have a few televisions near the bar (on mute) so you can always get caught up on scores. The televisions are not positioned so that they visually interfere with dinner.I love this place, do yourself a favor and visit, the price is above average but worth it.

So grateful for the service I received from the closing server & kitchen staff on my birthdayWe stumbled in 25 mins before drunk on my bday needing some dinner. They had already started shutting down for the night (no other tables) but there were a few regulars at the bar still drinking. Once the kitchen found out it was my bday they agreed to fire one last order for us. Our table of 3 was provided prompt service & the food was excellentHot chips & salsa provided upon seating. We like the plated combos & the sweet corn ravioli is big money. Love that they offer a half portion since the ravioli can be kind of richIf you come here for drinks, I would recommend sticking with beer, not sure I was a fan of the margaritasOverall this spot delivers on local neighborhood cantina vibes & I really enjoy the food and service

We just love this local Mexican restaurant. My kids crave their food whenever they come into town. My daughter has been ordering Senora Ravioli for years. It's no longer on the menu but she never has a problem getting it. I love the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad. So yummy. Looks like a few more Whoop Ass sauces to choose from as well. We shall be back. Ok, bye.

this is one of my favorite restaurants in the south bay. I have eaten in the restaurant, but recently ordered through Uber eats. They forgot one of the entrées (mexican lasagna- which is epic!). I called the restaurant to tel themabout missing item and the owner drove the missing entrée to my apartment! The food is as amazing as the owner!

We went there on a Monday or Tuesday. I can't remember, and I hadn't been there in years. The service was phenomenal. We ordered margaritas thank goodness we each only ordered one. They were delicious, but went straight to our heads. The food was large portions. Neither of us could finish our food although it was delicious. We both took our leftovers home so if you go, make sure you have a lot of room or maybe share a portion, there was a lot of families there but it wasn't too loud. They sat a nice cozy booth so we enjoyed that it is family friendly, which is nice as well. They have different specials each day so you should go depending on what you're looking for for a special can't go wrong with you.
