Como en Casa Mexican Grill

First time trying this place, was a little nervous because of the location and all the crazy drivers that speed by, wouldn't be surprised if some idiot crashes into the place again.Service was okay, it was late in the evening and they had a few customers theWe were served chips and salsa which were okay, the salsa wasn't too spicy. I ordered the Birria Maruchan and the birria vampiros which is an order of 3 small tostadas with cheese and birria meat on top, the vampiros were actually good and so was the "ramen birria" it had good flavor and a good amount of meat. What I didn't like about the ramen was that its actually served in a Maruchan cup which is filled to the top and you cannot add toppings like onion, cilantro etc... I would rather it was served in a bowl. They have aguas frescas but they're actually bottled which I didn't try since they are usually too sweet so I ordered a cup of plain water instead. We also ordered the quesa birria tacos those were good too, also ordered chicken tenders for the kid, the fries were good and well seasoned, tenders were a little over fried. Overall our experience was good, we will be coming back to try other things.

Customer service was not great. She took my order as she was walking away I couldn't speak comfortably or finish speaking. Didn't get asked what my drink of choice was. Once plate was brought up she started walking away I had to ask if I may get a drink, And restaurant was fairly empty. I was alone for my lunch break. Not once did she smile.No friendliness was felt. Food was bland, wet burrito was more like a salsa burrito. Same salsa from chips was on the burrito. My biggest complaint is customer service.Will not return.

Never coming here again! The service is so bad and they are super rude! my dad is allergic to rice so when i asked the waitress for no rice on his burrito it had so much rice! The food is not even good so don't even waste your time here and go somewhere else.

This is my second time coming and I think I'm becoming a regular here! I had the Quesabirria tacos and they were so delicious and homemade! The service was amazing and attentive! This restaurant is super clean with a very chill ambiance. I always feel like home when I come. There is a new owner and their changes are not going unnoticed. They have a Taco Tuesday deal : 3 tacos for $5.00 including a free soda!

My first and last time i visit, ordered Chilaquiles Verdes. The tortilla chips were greasy and stale with seasoning on them totally refried they used the same chips to make the Chilaquiles Verdes, the sauce was ok but the chips again "nasty" the beans tasted refried and at one point burned with a funny after taste. Rice was old and tasteless expensive for what it was. I was hoping that would be different being so close to my home. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Personable service with delicious food !! We had fish that was perfectly seasoned, not bland or salty --it was delicious. And the rice and beans were *chefs kiss* We recommend this establishment and we're so happy to meet Merlyn who gave us excellent service. Will be coming back again with more family.

Service ok but since place is new workers are still a bit behind on keeping up. Food: tried the chilaquiles with eggs and steak: 1 out of 10 the chips are flavored tortillas dipped in tomatoes sauce. No taste at all . The meat has no flavor and it was not even a steak but just a piece of thin chuck steak. The salsa de aceite had a fish flavor which made the food even worst. The menudo: probably canned and chicken bouillon for flavor which doesn't go at all. "Como en casa" is not it's more like canned flavored food. I promise I was not the only one not satisfied, other there that sat to eat critiqued the same thing . First and last time here. Gave them my $90 on a family of 4. God bless!

Girlfriend and I live right across the street, and we've been in almost weekly since they opened. Friendly service and delicious food. So happy to have them in the neighborhood!

I really love the Molcajete so yummy. It comes with everything. The price is good. Five stars to this place for the price I think I get enough.

Food was horrible I do not recommend this place at all it's amazing how they are still open . Unprofessional staff and they have the nerve to ask for tips for horrible service never coming back again. The short overweight lady worker looked mad at the world gave off a bad vibe. Tables all bunched and super close to each other
