Cava

Today, 2/15/2025 was my first time visiting Cava. I love the chicken , rice and falafel bowl with all the veggies toppings. The food was very fresh, flavorful and filling. The customer service was awesome. Thank you, Ms. Sarai, for being so kind and patient with me. I will definitely visit again. Peace & blessings.

Terrible first experience!My DoorDash order was missing rice and pita bread. I called the store and the manager Cory said they ran out of both of those items at 8:30PM when they close at 10PM, just terrible. My food tasted mediocre chicken was burned my dogs didn't even want to eat it! I paid $22 for this order.

Kristie, T, and Emely assisted me today!They were all amazing and extremely friendly. I come here A LOT as I'm obsessed with CAVA!I highly recommend this location to others.Nice staff and ALWAYS clean.10/10 highly recommend!

Horrible ONLINE PICKUP SERVICE ! Ordered 3 bowls waited 30 minutes before heading to the store, arrived to pick up the order and it still was not done waited an additional 15 minutes to receive my order. Once I got home and checked my bowl HALF of the sides were missing on all plates. NO HUMMUS, NO TZATZIKI, NO FIERY BROCCOLI, NO CRUMBLED FETA and no PITA BREAD. Extra add ons were not included! The girl doing online orders had an attitude as well. Waiting is fine but waiting and having half of the food missing is unacceptable!

I've eaten at Cava many times and usual enjoy the food. Today I ordered online for a noon pick up. Got there at noon and food wasn't ready. A woman asked for my name and didn't come back. 2 minutes later she was leaving for a break or something. I waited another 8 minutes and could have just gone through the line by this point. Then another woman came out and said they were backed up and encouraged us to get in the long line to order. I waited in that line and then my name was called back at the initial order. Better to under promise on time and over deliver. The bowl had lots of hard green stems that needed to but thrown out or cut down in to smaller bites and the bowl tasted dry. Like they just put a little dressing. I won't order online from them again.

I've been to this location twice. The first time was fine. I went, I believe on a Sunday, and maybe that's one of their days that are less chaotic. I didn't really have any issues... but the second time I came ... yikes. I don't recommend coming during lunch. This place was swarming with people!!!! I placed an order for pickup at 12:15 p.m. and it was nowhere near ready. I arrived a little AFTER 12:15 p.m. and they still needed to fulfill the order. That was not fun nor appreciated, because I went during my break and I knew I was definitely going to be late going back. The time stated to pick up your order is not when your food will actually be ready, just a friendly FYI. Why even state a specific time when they don't honor it? I definitely won't be doing that anymore. Also, I noticed they were really skimpy on the portion size the second time. I wish I took a picture because it was kind of a joke. It was definitely a lot smaller, like significantly especially in comparison to the first time I went, and that was probably like a week apart. Same location. So, inconsistent for sure, as far as portions. I do understand that it was super busy. The workers were working hard... there were just soooooo many people!!!

The Sunday evening staff on March 2nd needs help. After repeatedly going to the back while the line was long. They ran out of almost everything. Also there was a lot of trash on floors and the trash can was overflowing. After waiting 15/20 minutes in line to be told half the food items you want is not even available when you're starving is crazy. I love Cava so this really bothered me.

This place has potential. I've been to a few CAVA's in the OC. I'm happy Carson is getting one of these. I think my issue isn't the service itself, it's more that it's got so popular, you might be waiting a while if you go in person. I was waiting for about 40 minutes to get my order in. I was also sad that my favorite drink, the blueberry lemonade had not been refilled. I always love the hearty and health selection of CAVA and I think to alleviate the issue would be to open more CAVA restaurants in the South Bay. The ambience is pretty crowded and the line was pretty long. It's not as well kept as the OC CAVA's I went to, but it's not terrible either. For this location I would highly recommend mobile order

Amazing food and fast service! always love coming here. the bowls are super tasty and it's definitely one of my favorite spots!

The staff is really nice, the line didn't take too long, and the food just looks so fresh.
