Catered By Raquel

Every dish was delicious, especially the pork, salmon, and the spring roll appetizers. I appreciated the extra little touches (serving gloves, appetizer plates, and decorative flowers). We will definitely use Catered By Raquel again.

Was at an event last night and they were great. Food,presentation and service was awesome. They provided great service and were fully prepared to take care of guests. Top notch service. Attentive from beginning to end.

My aunt got catering here for my uncle's 60th birthday. The food was really good! I had the lamb chops and everything about the dish was perfect (except for the fact that there wasn't more, honestly). The salad was light and delicious, everything was well flavored. I didn't get to take photos of the appetizers, but they were really good! The menu needed to be gluten free, which was taken into consideration. I would say the one thing that was lacking was that one of the appetizers was sort of dry (it was some sort of plantain or root vegetable base, but they microwaved it and it was really chewy and stiff--not in a good way).Other than that, Raquel and her team were so kind and flexible!

They have great food and Raquel is very easy to work with. I've used Catered by Raquel for my retirement party and the food and presentation are great. My guests were raving about it.

Raquel and her team are FANTASTIC! TLDR: You're missing out if you don't go with Catered By Raquel. My husband and I found Raquel when we had to make last minute changes to our wedding plan due to COVID back in 2021. From start to finish, communication was impecable. We often spoke to her husband Channing who was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all our questions, provided helpful suggestions, and overall was super personable and professional. When we met Raquel the day of our wedding, she was an awesome bright spirit. To top it all off, the food was not only delicious but absolutely beautiful. Every plate was an actual work of art and the flavors danced on our palates. We also arranged for her to cater a meal in our home the following day and were so happy we did.

Raquel and her crew were amazing! The food was just delicious and the decor was perfect. They were so professional and were just such sweet people. We will absolutely be using them again!

Had a great experience working with Catered By Raquel , Channing , was very professional and there food was excellent We supplied a Margarita Machine for this business and there Set-up was so nice and elegant not to mention there food was so tasty ! Can't wait for the next event

We recently hired Raquel and her team for a private dinner party. From start to finish her whole team understood our vision. Not only did they provide delicious Authentic " Elevated" Puerto Rican Food but we used their party decorators which completely understood the assignment and everything was flawless and beautiful. There was no moment in which i felt stressed. They handled everything. They even contacted the venue and coordinated directly with them for set up., etc.. we walked into our party and were completely blown away. I am still dreaming about it all!

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Rocky and Jonai. I've been working with them since November 2022 to prepare for an event tonight, and everything they did CAME OUT PERFECT. Jonai is a wonderful pointperson - responsive, easy-going, funny, caring, reassuring. She really made everything as seamless as possible, and tried to make my life as easy as possible. Chef Rocky is not only an amazing chef, she also has so many wonderful ideas and suggestions for a fun party. I really appreciated that they are a one-stop shop. I've contacted caterers that would've required me to order the chairs, tables, table decors, etc. myself - chef Rocky and Janelle took care of all of it for me. Thank you, Jonai and Chef Rocky!
