Updating my review from over 9 years ago and this place is STILL our go-to Mexican restaurant. We come here at least once a month and it hits every single time. Every time we crave Mexican, this is the first one that comes to mind. Their chips and salsa are always soo good and a great way to start a meal. I usually order the chicken enchilada Mexican dinner or the carne asada wet burrito and my husband orders the carne asada super tostada with some enchilada sauce on the side. Their enchilada sauce is to die for. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order here. We've never had a bad experience dining here and we've been here soooo many times for YEARS. We always leave happy and full. Service is great too. The waiters and waitresses are always so kind and the food comes out so quick and hot. Literally nothing compares, this place is just our favorite!!!!

I just came back from a week in Nashville where their Mexican food is not quite authentic in my opinion. I was craving some birria de chivo and some taquitos. This might be my new spot for these items. Service was great and it definitely was nice to see good quality salsa, arroz, y frijoles. I'll be back more often when I need that quick meal and for relatively great price

this place is always so good. They have a few locations in Norwalk, Hawaiian Gardens and Paramount. My personal favorite is the one in Norwalk service is always so good. I love this place. I either get the Menudo or the wet burrito.asada ... thank you see you soon

I LOVE LOVE the beans!!! OMG so good and Menudo, Chili Verde!! Yum service is ALWAYS amazing and cooks are amazing!!! The music isn't to loud but enough to sing along... love the ambience!!

Went here for brunch. It was Good Friday, meaning no meat on Fridays per religious beliefs. Ordered Fish soup and webos Rancheros (Mexican Style). It did not dissapoint ! Food was good. This place is definitely a dime a dozen.Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Very difficult to find a genuine Mexican restaurant these days. This place is definitely one of them! I have eaten here several times within the years but first time yelping. Never disappoints. I recommend this place for authentic Mexican food.Good place and prices are affordable. "TWO THUMBS UP."

I am amazed by this place. Of course the food is great but the service was top notch. What left tears in my eyes is when my adult son with autism wanted to order the Mickey Mouse pancakes from the kids menu, but I told him it wouldn't be enough food for him that he needed to order the full size adult pancakes meal. He was visibly sad, but told me OK, the waitress (I think it was gabby maybe) noticed his disappointment and went back to the cook and personally asked them to make the pancakes like Mickey Mouse for him. He was so excited when the plate came out. I have no word's for the kindness. They remembered him from the last time we ate and made him feel special. We also love this place because it's open late.

This review is intended to get the owners attention. We come here many times a week, bring family, friends, recommend this place to all. We aren't doing this anymore. We are done. Today we went to have breakfast and the local homeless "John" was waiting outside for his daily breakfast. The owners son brought it out to him. This is a daily occurrence. The homeless stink, are a huge turnoff and they allow them inside as well. We were just here last week and a homeless lady was given a booth, got her food, subsequently didn't pay and left. What didn't leave was the smell. It was terrible. They had to spray Lysol every where. This has been going on for the years we have come here. They feed the homeless, allow them to hang out inside, outside, and it is simply disgusting for paying customers to have to deal with it. The lady owner is sweet and kind as well as all employees who are like family to us. Paying customers shouldn't be subject to being harassed by smell or the presence of crazy homeless people looking for free handouts. People see John banging his head and don't know what to make of it. He is dirty and disgusting. Allowing homeless inside, outside and feeding them isn't good for business. Just finished lunch and it was great all around. The albóndigas from the lunch menu was full of veggies and albóndigas and the Green chile plate was yummy. Frijoles were super tasty. Servers were friendly, knowledgeable and proud of their restaurant. Found on googlemaps when in area but we'll be back!
