The worst service I have received by far. I got into the drive thru and they asked me to pull over to the front for my order of two burgers. I waited in the front for 20 minutes only to be asked if I was still waiting for my order and that it was never made. I proceeded to wait another ten minutes for my order to come out.

Dining room guests can be questionable. keypads on restroom doors. Bring your A game. Mgmt is not playing games. If you think you're going to come in here and horse around or run a scheme, you will get gaffled. The night crew is a couple latin mommies & 1 sister. Taking no shorts. Too all the reviews that say the night staff is rude, I'lll jist say, if you give it, youre gonna get it. As far as the food, we already know what it is. Carls has some good stuff, its just are u gonna get someone with pride in their work whose making it, or some slag that doesnt care about anything

This Carls location is supposedly open 24 hours. Most of the time they are unavailable and unreliable. The employees are rude and incompetent. The location is filthy. Avoid them if at all possible

I've gone to this location twice, both times I get a hair in my food, disgusting. First time in the burger, second in my fries stuck on one of them. Not cool, and for it to be twice in a row something is wrong.

Came here yesterday during the hurricane. The waffles fries were freshly fried. The double western bacon burger was fresh too but they forgot the bbq sauce in the burger. The jalapeño cheeseburger was fresh too.

Literally everytime minus ONE time I've come here in the evening I have received the worst customer service. The order takers always catch an attitude because of my add ons I like to do on a sandwich. If you don't want to serve customers or give them what they are paying for then I suggest running the grill or cleaning up the restaurant. Stay away from taking orders if your patience is that thin. I've dealt with it too many times that it just makes me go elsewhere having to over ride what I spend my time and gas going to get originally. Such a shame.

I went through the drive through and order 1 meal for my daughter and 1 meal for my son. I asked for ketchup and she gave me none. Then I asked for at least 2 bbq sauces, 1 per kid and she said no I can only give you one and closed the window in my face!!!!!!!!! I was kind and polite and she was the opposite.....never again....and she got my order wrong.
